Airous had requested the day off to not just spend time with he's daughter, but to get things ready for her first birthday party. He had played with Willow all day and put her down for a nap. While she was fast asleep he made the cake, pulled out the presents, and set up the decorations for the party. Everything was ready. Now all he had to do was wait for the guests and his wife.

Airous wondered if Jacoby would show. He wouldn't have been surprised if he didn't. He had also invited his father to come, which he knew could start a fight between Nerefon and him. But he knew that there was a better chance of Jon coming than his on father. Jon had always been there for him.

Selene hadn't been able to get the day off due to the fact that she, although Tony, Nera, and Eclipse were the only few that knew the course or had the abilities to teach her students in order to get them through the day. Thankfully she was able to assign an essay about the chapter the students were on and discuss and give what they thought was the proper or right way to use this magic. Though she knew that the other nurse would be coming in soon so she could leave quickly to go back home but had to go to hogsmead to apperate home. She used her patronus and sent it to airous asking if he wanted her to pick up anything before coming home.

She knew that she wanted to pick up a few more things before going straight home such as more parchment since she was running low and a few more ingrediants that she would need to finish off the potion she was working on to prevent anyone getting upset or even causing any trouble. She knew this was a big time for Airous and herself for their baby girl was a year old now and that meant the world to her and Airous.

She knew that Airous had offered Jacoby to come over along with his father and Jon. She had no problem with Jacoby or Jon coming over, she liked Jon but didn't know Jacoby that well though from stories that Airous told her and that was it. She knew that if his father would show up, Nera would be furious beyond any doubt, she knew what had happened between the two and that was not the best thing and it was hard on Nera. Though Nera was going to show up regarldess along with Hecate, hopefully Riley and Tony and Eclipse too.

She was a little strained herself, worried that something would happen and that it would not end well and that was not good. She was packing up her bag getting ready to leave as she saw her nurse that came in after her come in.

Hecate was busying herself at her office, trying to finish up with a few things that she had and told the other Aurors, that if they needed her to send a patronus to her and she would come back to help. She had been extreamly busy lately with Sky and trying to be home with her that it was slightly difficult for her to try to work, be with her daughter who she would love to spend eternity with and also make time for family with both Riley and Sky. She knew that it was slightly difficult for both of them, especially for Riley since she wasn't always able to be home when he was because of her job and her worst fear was that one day he would be up and gone. She didn't want to be without him either.

When she got home, she was glad that Sky was taking a nap and smiled at her precious daughter. She looked up to see Eclipse, who was babysitting for her so that she could help run the department, she had given the girl some credit and a few days off of her training so that she wouldn't end up going nuts, though the girl seemed to be holding up quiet well. She nodded to Eclipse who then smiled and disapperated to go home and get her gift for willow and she would be on her way over. Hecate picked up sky, gently put her in her carrier and got a few other things before going to Selene and Airous's house. She had grabbed everything and took a final look around before going into the fireplace and traveling by floo powder to their house. When she noted everything was fine she did just that and appeared in the Fireplace at her adopted daughters house covering Sky's face so it wouldn't get full of soot.

"Well, well....you have done a great job on decorating Airous. I like it. I am guessing Selene hasn't arrived home yet from teaching. How are you doing Airous?" she asked as she gently placed Sky down in the living room and walked into the kitchen slightly concerned about him.

[Jonathan Doom]

Jon had been invited to Willow's first birthday party. It was strange thinking Airous even had a daughter. After all, Jonathan could remember teaching him when he was in his first year of Hogwarts. It was stranger, still, thinking that she had reached a year old. He'd decided instantly that he'd be there. After all, he had been there for Airous through a lot. The bad, and the good. And this wasn't going to be any different. So, as soon as it was time to leave, he snuffed out the rest of his cigarette in the nearest ashtray and prepared to leave.

He grabbed Willow's present in one hand and his son's hand in the other. He hoped they wouldn't mind one extra little person, but figured since it was a kid's party it would be okay. Alissa was Merlin-only-knew-where, but he knew too well that was probably for the better. She'd probably have wanted to leave within the first five minutes. So, he was relieved when he stepped outside with only his son and apparated to the location. He instantly approached Airous, Jr's hand still in his own. "The decorations are nice," he said, putting his present with the others, "Where's the birthday girl?"

[Jacoby Michaels]

He had gotten the invite, but hadn't been sure whether he'd show up or not. Children's parties, after all, weren't exactly his thing. Hell, he'd found ways out of his own children's parties in the past. But he'd taken a small liking to Airous as an Auror in training, and after all the hard work Airous had put in, he figured showing up was the least he could do. He wasn't sure how long he'd stay, but he was going to show up for Airous regardless.

He'd left the Auror office about an hour earlier, and Trish had just dropped off the two kids that he'd be spending the rest of the week with. Normally, it was weekends. But she had a wedding to attend, extending the time. Serena and David had, naturally, been running amok until he was done wrapping the present he'd bought for Willow (picked out by Trish - not him - and thrown at him before she left for Manchester).

As soon as he had everything gathered (kids included), he entered the fireplace and traveled by floo powder to Airous' house. Hecate and Jon were already there. Jon was no surprise, though he hadn't known he'd see Hecate there. "Hey," he said to everyone in general. Then, to Airous, "Hope you don't mind that I brought these two along. Have 'em for the week."

Tony had finished wrapping his gift to Willow, he knew that Selene hadn't left the school yet and he was going to go in and check on her but then again he knew Selene was alright, she was strong. He had gotten Willow a glob that would light up in many beautiful different colors and would show the stars and would talk about them. He had designed it himself and it would fascinate her especially with the colors that it would show and he had put an unbreakable charm on the glob so it would be impossible for her to break. Nera was making Willow something herself as well and it would be kept a secret till Willow opened the gift.

After finishing the wrapping he got up from his desk and walked out of the castle, hoping beyond hope that nothing would happen, knowing Nera was still under a lot of stress and he didn't want her unhappy. He walked down the path to hogsmead and Apperated at the front door of his sister's house and walked in.

"Hey Airous. Hi mom, how is it going? I miss you and so does Nera. She will be here in a little while, she is just getting Sirius ready, he has been fussing a lot lately and though he normally is a good and well behaved kid he has been complaining a lot." he said walking up to Hecate and hugging her and after he was done he examined Jacoby for a thirty seconds examining him though his face never relaxed and it was full of tension. After a bit he turned to examin Jon, though he knew him from the school but didn't take as long.

"I am guessing Selene hasn't come yet? She is pushing herself to hard already. I will talk to her about it. You brought Sky with you mom? She is growing so fast." he said smiling down at his sister and picked her up and held her in his arms and she giggled at him and sneezed on him.

Sirius was sitting in his carrier smiling up at his mother when she explained what she was doing and she would make faces at him and he would giggle. This was one of the better days with him now where he wasn't complaining so much and he would laugh and every time he did his hair changed color from blond to teal to brown to red. She was wrapping up Willow's gift which was a flute that would play music from lullabies to other music and any you could think up and it was enchanted to go by day time too. Though one of the many songs she had place in the flute to play was the one that she normally played when she was home with Sirius. The flute, when active, would hover in the air and start playing melodies of beautiful songs that had no words, just music.

"Are you ready to go see Aunty Selene and Uncle Airous and Cousin Willow? I know Willow will be over joyed to see you. Willow and everyone loves you very much." she said as she placed the flute in her bag that had Sirius's baby things to change him and she covered his face when she went by floo powder to get to Selene and Airous's house and she had just arrived within fifteen minutes of Tony.

"Hey Everyone. Airous, where would you like Willow's gift?" she asked just as Sirius sneezed and his hair changed to black and she put him down in his carrier and picked him up and he laid his head down on her shoulder.

Nerefon was wearing blue jeans artfully torn, a black t-shirt with the Weird sisters written across the front with florescent green block letters. Her hair was in a pixie cut and teal again, her eyes were emerald green. She walked up to Tony and kissed him on the cheek but then she looked over at Jacoby and waved happily though she was inclined to remain nice after all she was still bitter about Peter but she wanted to be nice. She walked up to Hecate and hugged her with Sirius and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

Eclipse had been watching Sky until hecate came home and let her go and get her gift for her niece which was a book that told fairy tails and when she would open it it would show the pictures, more like a movie really but it told the story out loud to her with the pictures moving. It would keep the little one entertained just in case Selene and Airous weren't home and they had a baby sitter who could have her listen to a story on this. It told a lot of Gypsy tails and other fairy tails from the Wizarding world and the muggle world alike and she was happy she made this on her own.

She took a quick shower, Dried her hair and put it up in a long black pony tail and put on her black jeans and a plain black t-shirt on and she put on her converse before grabbing her gift. Maybe she should wait for her sister before entering their house for not many actually could tell them apart the only difference was that Selene had the scar on the side of her face. She then apperated to their house with her gift.

"Hello Airous! Tony, Nera, Jacoby. Hecate!" she said and nearly ran to her and hugged her smiling her eyes speaking volumes of happiness.

Hecate was the first to arrive at the old house. Airous blushed slightly at her comment. "Thanks...I got all her favorite colors and wait till you see the cake." At her next question Airous smiled lightly. "I'm doing alright. Jacoby's been working me hard."

Jon was the next to arrive. Airous couldn't help but smile when he showed. Airous had always looked up to Jon. He smiled at Jon's son. "Hello there." He said. He wasnt mad that Jon had brought his son. The more the merrier. "She's napping but should be up soon." He said checking the clock and baby monitor.

Jacoby had arrived by floo powder. Airous smiled back at him "hey, that's not a problem. It is a kids party after all." He glanced at jacobys kids. "And I'm sure they know Jon's son. So it's like one big play date." He said with a small chuckle.

Tiny walked in then. Airous couldn't help but chuckle and mumble "like father like son i suppose. I was lucky to get more of my moms side then my dads." He sighed sadly. "He'll learn though and I'm sure will grow up to be a good kid." He said a bit bitter about how things had turned out in the end.
Nera arrived also by floo powder. He waved at nera. "On the table in the living room." He said answering her question.

Airous smiled at Eclipse. "Hey Eclipse ." He said as she hugged Hecate. Airous knew he had to do a few things while they waited for Selene, "everyone this is Jon." He said putting a hand on Jon's shoulder. "He basically raised me when my father couldn't." He said with a smile. "And I think everyone knows jacoby. He's a auror and my boss."

He stood in front of them. "There's one more thing i need to say before Selene gets here. I...invited someone else to come. Well....I don't think willow would want me to not invite her grandpa. I don't think he will come but...I thought I would warn everyone just in cause he did."

Selene had finished and walked out slowly to the village of Hogsmead. She had to get a few things in order to make sure that they had enough for todays guest. She was excited to have people over for Willow and she was nervous though she knew that many of the people, she was still scared at what people would think. She hoped that her patronus got there to ask if she should get anything and since she was going to the village store, she thought she might ask. As she walked into the store she grabbed a small basket and picked up several of the ingredients that were needed for finishing up the potion that she was doing and thankfully she made a list of other ingredients that she needed that were out of stock. She was making some for her nurse position at the school and thought it best to make sure that everything was filled up and that she could restore everything when she needed them at the school and at home.

After purchasing and placing the bag full of the ingredients she had gotten. She was so tired lately and stressed with everything and maybe Airous was right, she needed to take a step back and relax a bit and maybe continue later. Though she couldn't do that she needed to make sure that Willow had everything she needed and that what she was doing was only making sure that her daughter was happy. She probably looked like crap, well she probably mainly looked pale and tired and had lost some weight in the past few weeks and it made her look unhealthy because of everything. She put on her hoodie to hide the weight that she had lost and when she got outside she apperated to Godric's hollow. Before going straight home she went to the cemetery, she had always preferred to be there, it was quiet and it gave her enough time to think.

'Airous...want me to pick up anything before I get home?' she asked telepathically.

"Well thats good. She likes the colors she will be happy with it, your mother would have liked it to you know, she would be very proud of her son, as am I. I hope not to hard." she said hugging him and patted his cheek. She just wanted to make sure that he was taken care of and that he would be alright, to her, it was her duty to watch out for her godson, she needed to.

Hecate smiled and took a look around the living room. Nothing much had changed since she last was here except for more pictures of Willow and the rest of the family here and family photos as well. That didn't surprise her at all and she kind of suspected that they would have pictures up around the house. Willow had Selene's hair but she had the high cheekbones and Airous's shaped eyes and mouth so she looked very like the both of them which was amazing to her. Hecate was glad that there were other younger kids there so that Willow could, kind of, play with them.

"Well lets hope that Sirius doesn't turn out like his biological Father but turns out just like his older half brother then. The best thing is, is that he has several qualities like Nera but he acts more like her and Tony rather then his biological father. Sirius will be. I hope he is more like you Airous." Hecate said then nodded to Jon and smiled at Jacoby as Airous mentioned them.

Hecate frowned slightly. Knowing that Peter was not good at parties and that he would probably pose problems for both airous and Selene and she didn't want that in the least. She didn't say a thing though about it.
