0II. body type Jayden is of average height, standing at 5'10". He is, likewise, of average weight and build. Weighing 160 lbs, he has some muscle mass but has never been overly built.

0IV. hair He has dark brown almost black hair that he keeps long, usually in various styles. It is rarely ever worn the same way day to day.
00V. eyes Like most men in his biological father's family, Jayden has dark brown eyes. There's never been anything striking about them, except perhaps when he's angry.
0VI. unique features He has several tattoos, most of them on his arms. All obtained in the muggle world, done by Muggles themselves. He has no unique scars. Most of his scars are from the usual accidents one has as a child - falling out of trees, or jumping off swings). Being that he rough housed a lot as a child, though, he obtained many scars in his youth.
VII. dressing style Having been raised mostly in the Muggle world, Jayden has adopted many of their styles. He easily fits in among Muggles, knowing how to dress and when to do so. He'll wear suits and ties if the occasion calls for it, but is mostly seen in "punk" attire. Ripped jeans, leather jackets, and old t-shirts. He is rarely seen in Wizarding robes at all.

- Is still grieving the loss of Hailey, but attempts as hard as he can to hide it.
- Can't do Math. The numbers get jumbled in his head, resulting only in him growing frustrated. He avoides it at all costs - which is, thankfully, often easy with magic.

00X. overall personality Typically a nice person, Jayden is very social and accepting of almost everyone. Regardless of lifestyle or personal believes. He is very liberal, believing that everyone deserves the same rights and the same opportunities. Open minded and occasionally free spirited, he has tried his hardest not to let the chains of life drag him down. Though, on many occasions, has found it hard to do so. To the public eye, he always seems like a happy person, but behind closed doors he lets out all the frustration he has built up over the years.
He is a heavy smoker. A way of dealing with stress. He, also, drinks pretty heavily. What started as social drinking, quickly grew to partying every weekend to have an excuse to drink, and then became drinking every other day. When drinking, he is even more social and can be loud. Jay can be prone to violent outbursts. Much of the stress he releases will sometimes be released through anger. He has been known to hit friends, walls, and burst windows. He can be temperamental, which often shows. Despite this, he has a fairly big heart. He's very sensitive to those around him, and will go into a long period of depression after hearing of something sad.

0VI. overall history Jayden was born to Linda Mace only a year after she finished Hogwarts. He was the result of an affair she'd had, a fact that she'd often try to forget. She didn't want the man in her son's life and therefore made no effort to contact him after discovering she was pregnant. Shortly after being told the news, she left England, deciding it would be ideal to start a life elsewhere. She ended up in Canada, where the family lived for many years. She raised Jayden on her own there, working Muggle jobs to get the bills paid. She resented her magical heritage and wanted hardly anything to do with it.
She was thrilled when Jayden showed no signs of being a Wizard. For many years, he was thought to be a scribe. He'd had no magical outbursts that were common of magical children, and he showed no inclination to Wizardry at all. Jayden's mom loved her son very much and did her best to show him. She spent whatever time she had not working with him. She always found something free to do - be it a park or a free museum. She encouraged him to mix himself in with the muggle world at a young age, doing her best to keep him away from all things magical. He discovered she was a witch at four years old, when he caught her apparating to her second job - the first and last one she'd ever had in the wizarding world.
Linda never married, but had many boyfriends. It was no surprise when she was pregnant again with Jayden's brother, Jordan. Jordan was born when Jayden was four, the second and last child of Linda before she got her tubes tied. Just like Jayden, he was born in a Muggle hospital. As she preferred it. He showed signs of being a Wizard much earlier than Jayden, having outbursts that ended up forcing Linda back into the magical world until he outgrew such things. When Jayden was eleven, it because clear that he was in fact not a scribe. He received his invitation to the Canadian magical school and even though she hesitated, Linda let him attend because he wanted to and she didn't want to take it away from him.
Jayden and Jordan were raised in a bad neighborhood. Where violence was the norm, and doors were always locked at night. Neither of them ever thought much of it, only knowing it. But sometimes they'd grow curious about their fathers. Wondering how different life would be if one or the other had been in their lives.
He struggled through Magical school, but passed with average grades. His years in school were pretty average. He had a small group of friends, was occasionally bullied, had a few dates. Not much happened that he hadn't expected to happen. Jordan attended the same school and for four years, they were together. The two of them were the best of friends growing up, which had never and still has not changed. It wasn't until Jayden was fourteen did he question his mother about his father, discovering that the man was from England, a Wizard, and some wealthy businessman with the last name Doom. Due to the last name, he assumed she was making him up. Until he dug further and discovered the Daily Prophet articles. He vowed to one day visit England to find him.
He met Hailey when he was sixteen. The two of them fell in love hard. They were close throughout their school years, inseparable. It was only natural that they married when they were eighteen, right out of school. Together they had a daughter, Chasity. Jayden loved his daughter and did everything he could to support her, even though he always had trouble holding a steady job due to his temper. His world seemed all right, until Hailey passed away due to an overdose. After losing her, things changed drastically. His party drinking became more frequent and he was smoking more and more. Before he knew it, Hailey was taken away from him and he was alone. Jordan tried his best to comfort him, but he was pretty much inconsolable. By the time he was twenty-two, he decided to move to England. It took some time, but he eventually found a way. His mother paid for the flight and gave him some of her stashed money to start him off. A big sacrifice since they were never exactly wealthy. Since arriving, he's made it his goal to track down his family. He has no plans of leaving.
