OOC: I wasn't sure where to put it, so figured I'd post it here for now. We'll just assume it's "near" the park. xD You can either assume Oliver has been following him for a while, or that this is the first time he does. Title is a line from Snow White Queen, which seemed appropriate enough for the plot. hehe
BIC: The day had been exceptionally long. He'd had a lot of calls that day, and had been sent to deal with a lot of people. The first had been the toughest, an excellent (sarcasm, if he were honest) start to a long day. A wizard dispute in the middle of London. It had been a freaking mess. He, Jacoby, and several other Aurors had been sent to the scene. Several Muggles had witnessed the fight of wands, and several memory charms had to be used to erase it from their minds. Then there was that potion incident, that Wizard who had attempted to harm a Muggle with an unforgivable, and that witch who had lost her freaking marbles. All in all, Sheldon was just anxious to get home. Even Jacoby looked freaking exhausted at the end of the day.
"Don't stay too late, Michaels," he said as he headed for the exit. He and Jacoby were the last aurors of their shift left. The rest of the aurors were faces he rarely saw. "I won't," the other replied with a snicker. Sheldon merely chuckled as he left. He wasn't thinking much about the people he'd helped, nor the people he'd seen during his time as an auror. The truth was, he rarely ever did. He'd seen so many wizards, witches, and even muggles that it was hard to recall names or faces or incidents. He couldn't imagine that he'd left an impression on any of them. He left the Ministry, deciding he wanted to walk home instead of apparating. He could use the time to relax before returning home. When he saw Mason, he wanted to be happy. He didn't want the other seeing him stressed out. After all, he loved his job and he didn't want anyone thinking otherwise. As Sheldon walked, he was pretty much certain that he was alone.

Oliver had been wondering around that day. Ditching classes like usual. He was strolling along when he recognized and auror. He remember this auror because he had tried to impress the other. Though Oliver was sadly turned down because the auror said he was already seeing someone.
Oliver didnt believe the man. Who was he seeing? He had to know. He would take them out. He slowly followed Sheldon in the shadows. The man was alone. Maybe of he talked to the other he could break him and his boyfriend up. Or at least get sheldon to double date, Oliver ran up to the man, tapping his shoulder. "Hey there hot stuff." He said with a wink. "Why are you all alone?"

The feeling of someone tapping his shoulder and the sound of that same someone speaking startled Sheldon. He jumped at the sound of the other's voice, hand ready to reach for his wand should he need to. So, maybe the reaction was a bit paranoid, but such reactions became normal after being an auror for a few years. He turned to face the other Wizard - not quite knowing he was a wizard yet, but knowing that he recognized his face from somewhere so supposing it was safe to assume.
Problem was, he couldn't place the guy. He'd seen a lot of people as an auror, and it was hard to remember each and every one of them. He figured it didn't matter, anyway. The way he was currently speaking to him, Sheldon supposed that he wasn't anyone he wanted to know. "Because I want to be," he replied with perhaps a bit of snark in the words. Oh well, the only thing he wanted to do was get home. "And don't call me that."

Sheldon had jumped. Oliver blinked and smiled kindly at the other. "It's depressing being alone though. Let me walk you home." He said kindly and started to lead Sheldon to the path of his house. "What hot stuff? I didn't know you didnt like compliments, Sheldon." He said looking hurt.
Oliver knew by the look on Sheldon's face he didnt recognize him. "About a month ago I witnessed another wizard trying to expose use to muggles. I helped you and Jacoby find the muggles who needed their memories wiped before anything bad happened. It's fine if you don't remember me." He said but didn't add 'like I remember you,' instead he bit his to tongue back before he scared Sheldon away.

Sheldon caught Oliver's smile, but found it impossible to return it with one of his own. Instead, he had a confused expression on his face as he tried and tried to place the other, but could not. He almost turned and walked away. Perhaps he should have. Maybe even apparition would have been okay and excusable in his situation. Then again, Oliver had showed no signs that he posed a threat. Just being relatively creepy wasn't threatening on its own. "But I didn't feel depressed," he replied, another small hint of snark in his words, "Besides, you don't even know where I live," he added. There was an I hope in the back of his mind, but he kept that to himself.
"I never said I didn't," he replied carefully, "I just don't think that's... exactly a compliment. I suppose my perception of it is different than yours..." the look of confusion was still clear on his face as he processed that Oliver had called him not only by name, but by his first name. A detail he often spared when he was on the job. "How do you know my name?" he asked right as Oliver began to explain how he knew him. "You did?" he questioned, a bit doubtfully.

Nothing could bring down Oliver's mood. Not even the signs that he was unwanted by Sheldon. "You looked depressed." He said with a shrug. "A little friendly comparison never hurt anyone," he said with a devilish grin. "Oh but I do. And I'm sure Mason is there waiting for you. I heard he got in a fight at school so you should be prepared. He bruises easily."
"You told me your name." Oliver said with a shrug. "So did Jacoby. I think you two were so wrapped up in all the chaos you let your first names slip." He said with another shrug. "I always thought Sheldon was a sweet name." He said with another smirk.

It looked like it wasn't going to be that easy to get rid of this guy. It seemed to Sheldon no matter how rude he attempted to be (which was hard for someone who was usually so polite), Oliver just would not go away. He turned on his heel then and kept walking. If he had to, he'd apparate. Screw the consequences. Though, the auror in him was saying no because he knew that the other aurors would have his head for possibly exposing magic. "I wasn't," he said nonchalantly. A bit down, maybe, but not depressed. "No, it didn't," he admitted. Though he still didn't quite like the way Oliver had greeted him. It sounded as though he was trying to do more than merely make a friend.
"Mason?" Sheldon repeated, sounded a little bit more than shocked now. "How do you know his name?" he asked then, not even thinking to ask how Oliver would know about the details of his day. Perhaps because he doubted the fight was true. "That doesn't sound like me," Sheldon replied, "And it definitely doesn't sound like Jacoby," Well, it didn't. Jacoby was so unlikely to give out his first name while on the job that Sheldon himself hadn't known it for four months. "Um, thanks, I think?" he said indifferently, still walking, hoping that the other would not follow.

Sheldon started to walk away from Oliver. He blinked before following beside the other, keeping up the pace. Oliver nodded "well then I was wrong. I'm glad your not depressed." He said with a small smile "how is mason by the way? Is he out of the hospital yet? Would be a pity if he did be successful."
At Sheldon's question Oliver looked bored. "I go to school with him. Was held back a year. I'm the only super senior they have had in a long time." He said with a shrug. "He's cute. Though I do worry for him. He seems to disagree with many of the students at Hogwarts. Some Slytherins have even go to painting the stairs that lead to the hufferpuff common room with "go back to Germany." He said sadly.Oliver shrugged once more, keeping pace with Sheldon. "Details. Who needs em'" he said before taking Sheldon's hand in his.

Oliver didn't go away, and Sheldon didn't lose him. In fact, Oliver quickened his own pace to match Sheldon's, walking alongside him. Sheldon averted his gaze, trying to avoid meeting the other's. If he met it, that would make him appear like he cared, wouldn't it? He thought so. "Yeah," he said simply, "You were," Oliver's next question seemed, once again, like he knew too much. How did he know Mason had been at the hospital? He couldn't help but look toward him, face twisted in confusion, "He's fine..." He said, not wanting to go into too much detail. He was not obligated to tell the other anything.
Oliver's explanation to how he knew who Mason was seemed fair enough. If he went to Hogwarts, too, that made Sheldon feel a little more at ease. The whole situation still seemed creepy, and the quicker he got home, the better. His eyes scanned the area, trying to find a safe place to apparate. Where no Muggle would see him. "Ah, I see," he said. "That's horrible," Sheldon said quietly, unaware that he'd spoken the words aloud. Sheldon stopped walking at Oliver's next words and as soon as he grabbed his hand. He snatched it away, staring at him in surprise for a minute. "I need them," he replied, "When you approach someone who doesn't recognize you, it's kind of... essential you tell him how you recognize him."

Of course Oliver knew Sheldon didn't like his company. He saw the way Sheldon was trying to avoid him. But when Oliver wanted something he was determined to get it, no matter what. "That's good." He said sincerely. And he meant it too. "I hope he's getting better. Have you talked to him about seeing a shrink?"
Oliver frowned when Sheldon snatched his hand away. "I told you how I know you. I also told you how I know mason. You don't like to listen. You've been more occupied at what the muggles are doing than about us..." He said hurt.

Sheldon could tell Oliver was a determined guy. He wondered if there was anything he could do to just get him to go away. But he wasn't so convinced that anything would work. "Yeah," Sheldon replied, "It is," Oliver's words sounded sincere. Maybe he wasn't that bad. Creepy, sure, but that didn't automatically make him a horrible person. Just one Sheldon would rather avoid. "That's his business, really," he said in response, not finding the subject one that he wanted to discuss with a stranger.
Sheldon caught Oliver's frown, but he didn't care. Hand holding was reserved for best friends and lovers, wasn't it? Yes, it was. Of which Oliver was neither. "I get how you know Mason," he snapped, maybe a bit more harshly and rushed than he'd intended, "But having seen me once while I was on the job doesn't explain how you seem to know me so well," he added, not bothering to mention the muggles. Better he think he was watching the muggles than looking for the quickest escape.

Oliver looked angry as he said harshly "fine." He sighed and looked at Sheldon. "I hope he is though. He's a lose cannon. I would dump him if I were you." He said with a shrug "the kids gonna successed in killing himself one day. I wouldn't want to be there when he does," he said bluntly,
Oliver smirked. "I've been in Hecates office a few times. You and Jacoby speak loudly to each other." He said with a weary smile. "Besides I can't help to have a small school boy crush on you. And I want to be there for you when mason and you don't work out. Show you what it's like to have a real boyfriend." He looked at the park "I don't get it. Mason is a pest."

Sheldon noticed that Oliver looked angry when he said fine and he couldn't help but think good, maybe he's getting the point. The angrier Oliver was at Sheldon, the better as far as Sheldon was concerned. It wasn't like he wanted Oliver's company. "I'm not..." Sheldon began to say, shocked by the mere suggestion, "I'm not going to dump my boyfriend. I can't believe you have the audacity to even suggest I do," he continued, almost unaware that he was on the verge of ranting. "And he won't succeed. Not if I can help it," he added, eyes narrowed in the other's direction.
"We have our disagreements," he mumbled. Though they were rare, the two of them did have them. They were truly polar opposites. He sighed, turning to continue walking again. This time he was heading for a secluded area. One where he could apparate. And if Oliver grabbed onto him, he'd merely apparate elsewhere. Until, eventually, Oliver would have to let go in confusion. "He is not a pest," Sheldon replied, "And you and I are not going to happen. So get that out of your head."

Oliver watched Sheldon. He chuckled lightly. "Then don't dump him," he began, "you can have more than one boyfriend at a time. It's not that hard." He said with a grin as if this was his bed idea ever. "That's what you think. You think that he won't attempt it again? Mason is sick. He needs to be locked up in a mental institution." He sighed. "Sheldon, don't kid yourself. You know he will."
Olive contrives to follow Sheldon. "I could tell." At Sheldon's statement about them never being together he blinked. "Oh? And why is that?" He asked curiously as he once again tried to take the others hand. "I can treat you like you should be treated Sheldon. Just...give me a chance."

Sheldon caught Oliver's chuckle, narrowing his eyes once more. At his suggestion, his eyes widened rather than narrowed. The mere idea of cheating was not something that pleased Sheldon much. He knew there were some Hufflepuffs that used the term loyal loosely, but he fit the loyal stereotype much better than those ones. "And it's wrong," he said, "I'm with Mason. And only Mason," he said, walking a bit faster. Oliver's next words, though, stopped him dead in his tracks. He spun on the other then, "You have no idea what you're talking about," he snapped, "So stop letting his name slip out of your mouth."
He wouldn't hurt the other, though. He was above that. Even though a small part of him might have wanted to. "Hmph," was all he managed when Oliver said that he could tell. Sheldon yanked his hand away from Oliver again, shoving it in his pocket in an attempt to prevent Oliver from attempting to grab it a third time. "I already told you," he said, "I'm with Mason," He wasn't thinking that the way he worded his reasoning could mean that if he wasn't, it might be possible. Then again, he was having trouble thinking at all.
