He could have went by floo powder, he could have apparated, but he was walking. It was strange, really. A few weeks ago, he would have been anxious to get David back to his mother. To pawn him off on her the way he always did on Sunday. But today was Tuesday, and he was attempting to put it off as long as he could. Not because he'd had a change of heart. Not even because he was suddenly a nurturing parent. He simply wanted an excuse to be out of the house. And having his growing puppy with him on his leash gave him a pretty valid reason to not apparate. At least, he thought so.
Without work, it had been hard for Jacoby to keep himself occupied. But between the sessions and having the kids much longer than he'd ever wanted to, he had found ways. At least his house was cleaner than it ever had been (an accomplishment in itself since he was always a clean person). It was late afternoon and he was walking past the Muggle park, youngest son's hand in one hand, dog leash in the other. She hadn't left all of them with him this time. The other's had appointments at St Mungo's. Both dog and child walked calmly at either side. There was still fifteen minutes to go before he'd be there, to drop David off. Thinking that, he slowed down slightly, eyes scanning the area around him. He wasn't alone, not at all. Apparently, many people liked being outside on a nice day in the late afternoon.
OOC: Terrible with this starting thing still. >_> Hope it works. I didn't know where to start it, and this was the first place that came to mind lol

Tony was taking some time with Sirius and decided to bring him to the park and give Nera some time alone. He didn't blame her for being in a very bad mood lately but she didn't seem to be pissed when she was around Sirius but when they all went to bed at night or when they put Sirius down to sleep she would get distant and very moody. He saw what work was doing to her with Peter's death and raising a child as well, though he was doing the best he could to help raise Sirius so that she could get a break. He looked down at the little boy in his arms Sirius was holding his sock monkey and yanking his hair, he loved the boy, there was no doubt about that. Even though the kid wasn't his own biological child, he was always there, always making sure he was ok, changing him and doing everything that a father should do for their son.
"Da!" Sirius said with a yank of Tony's hair which made him wince slightly. He was far to used to Sirius yanking his hair but it still hurt more then anything else. Plus Sirius always yanked on his hair when he held him to grab his attention.
"What is it Sirius?" He asked as he untangled Sirius's hand from his hair so that he didn't have to worry bout him yanking any more. Sirius was pointing in the direction of a man, a young boy and a dog and he could see why Sirius wanted to go over there, he wanted to pet the dog.
"Da, ease?" Sirius asked in the few words he could talk and he just smiled at him. Might as well ask.
He smiled now really understanding how Nera wanted to have time without Sirius and spend it on herself for one night, which was enough since she was stressed, and he could see that. He would always help at home but he was always stressed as well with teaching and pretending to be on Luna's side and toeing the edge of that line and having a demon in his body as well . He just couldn't let his stress because Nera would panic and plus she didn't need more stress. Plus, he was slightly angry at the one person who should have been in Sirius's life but refused to because they just couldn't do crap. But then, family wasn't about blood, it was about those who loved you enough to let you or adopt you in their family.
"Hello. My son saw your dog and he wanted to pet it. Do you mind?" tony asked as sincere as possible for him at the moment.
OOC: Its ok, I can work with things, I just have to think. Plus remember we are kinda winging it which this works anyway. No biggy :3

His son gave a tug at his hand, attempting to pull him in the direction of the park. Jacoby sighed, unsure whether he should make the stop or not. Well, on one hand, it would buy him time. On the other, he knew well that Trish would throw a fit if he showed up too late. He heard the words coming from the boy's mouth "Please, Dad, just for a little bit?" but before he could answer, he caught sight of someone approaching with a child of his own. He recognized him. At least, he thought he did. Wasn't he an auror? Tony or something?
He heard the question and looked down at his dog, brief look of confusion on his face. Jacoby couldn't hide the fact that he was slightly dazed for a moment. He hadn't exactly been socializing those days. Barring the whatevers he exchanged with his ex, and the time he spent with his children, which hardly counted if you asked him. His eyes went back to the other and he nodded, stepping aside so they could approach his dog. "Sure, I don't see why not," he said, "His name is Gus. You're... Tony, right?"
OOC: Hope it's okay. It's almost six am but I finally have time to myself after multiple guild runs on WoW so wanted to get a few replies up. x.x

Tony ruffled Sirius's hair as they had walked over making Sirius laugh and thankfully his hair didn't change color that time like it usually did when he ruffled it. He thought that it was a good sign that his hair didn't change maybe it was the fact that he was having better control with it now but then usually with his moods his hair and other things changed a lot too along with his eyes. As he looked at the young boy in his arms he realized how big he really had gotten over the course of 8 to 9 months now and the fact he was getting close to a year old now which amazed him the most.
He remembered when Sirius entered the world when he was born. He had fallen in love with the boy and he had already thought of the child as his own even though he was slightly heart broken that Nera did what she did, he understood why. He had left her for a time and then she decided that she should try to be with other people but in the end when she was she ended up getting pregnant to the man he detested the most, the one he spared his life because of Airous. But now that didn't matter, he and Nera were together and he was going to be with this boy, his child now.
Tony watched the other's confusion written on his face and he just raised an eyebrow at him curiously as Sirius reached out for the dog and wiggled in his arms which was natural for the little guy. Tony looked down at Sirius and then placed him on the ground, Sirius had started to learn how walk which was not the best but he tried which was a good thing but Sirius reached for the dog anyway. Soon Sirius was starting to put the dog and leaned forward ending up giving the dog a hug. Which gave him an idea about getting a dog so that Sirius could have a pet to play with while growing up.
"Good name by the way. Nera and I have been thinking about getting a dog for Sirius but we haven't decided which breed yet. Nera is leaning to a german shephard and I am leaning towards a black lab. Yes, I am Tony, Tony Magnox. You must be Jacoby. My mother told me about you she thinks highly of you." he said as he looked at Jacoby and then the boy next to him.
"Is that your little one?" he asked.
OOC: Its ok. x3

He caught Tony's raised eyebrow and raised one of his in return. He wasn't entirely sure why the other had made such an expression. Then again, he never really could understand such things. He didn't suspect that would change any time soon. "Hi," David said, waving at Tony, hand slyly trying to slip out of his father's grip but not even coming close to succeeding. Jacoby watched as Sirius walked toward the dog - in the typical stumbling way toddlers walked. He was soon petting Gus and hugging him. Neither things of which Gus minded. After all, he was used to being around kids.
"Thanks," Jacoby said, "My friend, Jon, actually came up with it," Once he realized he had referred to Jon as his friend even then, he paused. Could he really call him that any more? He shook the thought away. "Gus here is a German Shepherd," Jacoby said, "He's still a puppy, though, so not his full size yet. Wasn't able to get a dog until after my divorce. David here is allergic but... with his medicine, he's fine," he rambled briefly, giving a shrug. "Yes," he replied, "I am. Jacoby Michaels," He narrowed his eyes suspiciously. After everything that had happened, that was a bit hard to believe. The only thing he could think to say was "She does?" He nodded at Tony's question, but his son spoke before he could. "I'm David. I'm five," simple and to the point. Which was typical of the boy.

Tony didn't think or even try to question why the other raised his eyebrow in return. Tony was just being himself, though he knew eventually his politeness may go out the window but he was trying to be calm and collected as possible in front of kids. He scanned the other with a critical eye for he was always critical about everyone and though he may not know him well he still wanted to know why his mother had thought of him so highly. In that instant he was jealous of him because of that and he wished that his mother would think highly of him in the Auror department but he wasn't sure any more.
"Hello little one. You look just like your father you know that?" he asked gently smiling down at the little boy then looked back up at Jacoby thought keeping tabs on Sirius the whole time who was still petting the dog and giggling.
"Well your friend Jon must have good names in his head that could be used for good then huh? Well Gus is very beautiful for a German Shepherd, they are very protective and very good and loyal dogs. Well, at least he is still growing though. That is sad that you weren't able to get one. I hope that he is taking the pills regularly then." Tony said smiling down at the little boy.
In many ways he couldn't wait for Sirius to grow up to be 3 or 4 years old but then again he knew that time would go fast and he didn't want Sirius to grow up to fast either. He was his little boy and he loved him just the way he was nothing more or less and he knew that Sirius meant a lot to Nera. Thats when he noticed Sirius's hair change from the sandy blond to bright purple to super bright green to teal. He sighed knowing that it would be hard to hide the fact that his hair was changing at a rapid pace so he took a hat that was fitted to Sirius and put it on the boy to cover the hair because they were in a muggle park and they didn't want to draw attention.
"Well, nice to finally meet you without everyone around that could have probably introduced us anyway. Don't you look at me like that, I am be honest with you. Yes really, My mother Hecate." he said narrowing his eyes then shrugging it off.
"Well David, its nice to meet you. Five is a good age, don't grow up to fast, be yourself and don't let people tell you who or what to be. What would you like to be when you grow up?" Tony asked kneeling in front of David to be at his hight.

There was a brief look of distaste on Jacoby's face when Tony told the young one that he looked like his father, but it didn't last long before it was gone. Would have been easy to miss, unless one was looking. Jacoby kept his eyes on his dog. He trusted him not to hurt Sirius, but he knew well that it was best to watch anyway. Just in case. He could hear his son reply to Tony with a polite "Thank you," Well, at least the kid took it as a compliment. Could have been worse. He could have been like his older brother and said yuck.
Jacoby shrugged, regretting having brought Jon up in the first place. "I guess," he replied, voice nearly a mumble as he spoke. At the compliment toward his dog, Jacoby's tone changed a bit. "Thank you," he said, reaching down to pat Gus himself, "They definitely are. Part of why I chose one. Great pets, but great guardians at the same time. It was a Shepherd or a Rottweiler. And I don't like the look of rottweilers, personally," he rambled briefly, giving another shrug at the end.
"I am," David said, "Have to take 'em every time I go to Daddy's," Jacoby nodded at that, seeming unperturbed. Jacoby's eyes went to Sirius then, narrowing slightly as he noticed his hair change color. He was silent until Tony put a hat on the boy, at which point he whispered his next word, "Metamorphmagus?" he asked idly. "You, too," he said, trying his best to remain polite. Which was hard for him. Not because he didn't like Tony, but because he hadn't exactly been in the best of moods since he was temporarily suspended.
"I'm glad to hear she does," he said honestly, "I was a bit worried," And he was. He couldn't blame her if she didn't think highly of him. He looked down at his son as Tony spoke to him, kneeling down in front of him. David smiled. He was always the social one out of all Jacoby's children. "I won't," he said, "I wanna be a healer."
OOC: Sorry it's taken me a while to get around to replies. Have not felt well the past month or so. Hope everything's okay with you.

Tony hadn't noticed but he tensed slightly with the energy around him and he could feel the energy ripple around himself usually that was never a good sign for it meant one of two things when it concerned him. Abatu wanted out or there was danger that Abatu was warning him about. His eyes flickered from gold to his normal sea blue green and he tried to keep the demon inside him at bay for he wasn't sure that Abatu would attempt to kill innocent people or not this time. He let out a sigh, hoping beyond hope that Abatu would stay where he was, he didn't want to hurt anyone, every time he did he had regretted it with a passion.
"You are very welcome, David. My father and I never looked alike then again he died when I was sixteen do to the fact that my magic had killed him, by complete mistake." he said honestly.
"Is something wrong? I mean you look troubled with the fact that you brought something up that you shouldn't have. You are very welcome, my sister has a young german Shepherd with her and her husband and young daughter, the dog loves her daughter a lot and wouldn't leave the kid alone. Thats why I want one because of that too, very good pets and guardians. I never liked the rottweilers personally either." Tony said nodding thinking of the fact that Selene's dog was very loyal to the family that she had and he was happy for that too.
"Good, you don't want to not take them if you go to your dads, it could end up badly though I know someone who is allergic to animals that have fur but over time she got accustom to the animal in the home. Although don't stop taking the pill, it helps a lot." he said to David smiling.
Tony knew that Sirius couldn't control his powers that he had and he knew that it was hard right now for him to hide but if those that knew of the power and were watching him they knew how to cover it up as much as possible. Thats why he brought spare things with him that could cover up the hair at least that was a major thing that would change right then. He looked down at Sirius who looked up at him and he shook his head at the boy who frowned slightly.
"Yes, Sirius is. I am not however but he gets it from his mother. I am not Sirius's biological father, his biological father died recently, Peter Fai, I am guessing you know of him. Nera was shook up after it." he said not really thinking about it and never kept tabs on who was dating who for he didn't care.
"I am too. She is very picky about people and well with everything going on right now I know that those who she likes she may not show it but she still likes them. Especially those that are good and dedicated. Don't be worried, she will not talk about it but she will show it." he said missing his mother a lot now.
"Good. Well I can see that you would be a good healer and always fallow your dream, don't let others tell you what you should go into for that is what they want do what you want David thats what will make you happy. Doing what others tell you to do will only make them happy but fallow the rules but don't let it define you." he said gently.
OOC: It's ok I understand. I am ok just tired.

Jacoby noticed the slight flicker in Tony's eyes. He couldn't help but narrow his own eyes in suspicion. He had no clue what it meant, and he was just bold and brash enough to not care when he said, "Your eyes... they changed," He hadn't thought about the words. Nor did he care to. There had definitely been some tension in the air. He'd felt certain he had felt it. Maybe he was just on edge, after everything that had happened. It was hard not to be. But Jacoby was certain something had been off. If only for a second.
David looked confused at Tony's words. It was very clear that his parents didn't speak to him about death much. Maybe they should have. Jacoby knew that. But the conversation had yet to come up. They hadn't had any pets, nor had either parent kept contact with family that may have passed. Death was still foreign to the boy. He knew it happened, but didn't understand it. "Magic?" he asked simply, the word implying that he knew what magic was but simply could not understand how it could kill someone.
"No," Jacoby replied mindlessly, "I mean. Kind of. He and I just aren't on speaking terms at the moment," he added nonchalantly, as though it didn't bother him as much as it truly did. He looked down at Gus again, listening to Tony with what Trish would often describe as half an ear. Taking in the words, but not exactly absorbing them. Listening only well enough to know when to reply. "Sounds like a typical shepherd," he said with a chuckle.
"I won't," David vowed. Jacoby snickered at Tony's words. The mere thought of Trish ever admitting David might grow accustomed to it - or even outgrow it - was hilarious. After all, she used it as a reason to never have pets. Ever. Whether they were hypoallergenic or not. "He's pretty good about taking them," Jacoby said idly, "All I have to tell him is that if he doesn't, he can't see Gus. Works like a charm every time."
Jacoby tensed slightly at the mention of Peter's name. He wondered when it would stop having that effect on him. If it ever would. "I knew of him," he said simply, "Pretty well," he added cryptically, not caring to go into too much detail. Tony could make of it what he would. He nodded at the other's next words, honestly not sure what to say. He was still slightly surprised to hear what Tony had told him. He supposed it still hadn't quite sunk in yet. He could hear David reply to Tony, saying simply, "I won't."
OOC: It's not perfect. But I hope it works.

He felt the surge in his body and he, so far, kept it in control because he knew there were reasons why the demon would want to come out and he didn't want that, especially in front of people he didn't want to see. He remembered the first time he had let it out that Abatu nearly killed Nera and that was something he hated and with two young ones here he feared that Abatu would get out of control again. Tony glanced at Jacoby, should he actually tell him why his eyes changed or shouldn't he? He knew the cost that it would be if he actually said anything. Tony let out some air and thought about it and he finally did decide what he was going to do and it was not going to be pretty and it was something he didn't want to do but it was something that he had to.
"There is a reason for why they changed and the answer is not because I am a Metamorphmagus its because of something darker and more sinister then what you may think. My mother knows of what it is and so does everyone, or at least everyone in our department knows but some may not." he said as his eyes then began to burn the molted gold color again staying that way for at least two minutes before changing back.
"David, when you get older you will realize that magic can be used for both good and evil but everyone has light and dark inside us but its which side we choose to act on that makes us who we are. Magic can be used to destroy if its intended that way but sometimes even if it isn't intended to be used that way it still can end up destroying what you love." Tony tried to explain to David.
"Well thats understandable. I don't blame you for I had that with Nera for several years to where we wouldn't talk but then one day we would and well that was after I had left for some time. Oh, he is a typical Shepherd and a very good one too." he said gently and smirked.
"Thats good to hear David. Well thats good that you are good that you take them. Well thats a good method to use though and I can see how it could work like a charm every time. Kids love pets." he said smiling.
"Well who doesn't know him, it seems like everyone does know of him and that doesn't surprise me in the least since he seems to have an effect on people especially those that fell in love with him. I know many don't forgive him but then sometimes they still care even though they were hurt by him. I am glad you won't David, sometimes its harder to do then not because people don't want what you want." tony said sadly.
OOC: It works

Jacoby's eyes were narrowed as Tony answered his question, explaining more than Jacoby really wanted to know. Yet, he didn't exactly explain anything since his answer left Jacoby even more confused. He stared at Tony quite hard, noting that his eyes went back to that gold again. "If it's really as dangerous as you make it sound," he began, eyes focused on Tony as his dog began to lick one of the children - he wasn't entirely sure which one, "Why are you allowed in the department? Isn't that a bit... risky?"
David's eyes widened slightly as he seemed to think about Tony's words. Jacoby couldn't help but chuckle, knowing well that if Trish were there to hear the other man speaking to her son, she'd cover David's ears to shield him from the truth and chastise both Jacoby and Tony. He himself couldn't care less either way. Or at least, that's how he felt until David spoke his next sentence, "Daddy said my mummy was born evil," Jacoby's mouth hung open for a minute before he said, "That's not exactly what I said."
He looked up, speaking a bit too eagerly, "But the two of you are together now, right?" He didn't know the people he worked with that well, but he could often - at the very least - remember names. He thought he remembered those two mentioned together. "Yeah, he certainly is," David was petting Gus now, too. Seeming rather happy to be able to do so. "Yeah, they do," Jacoby said, "I think that's the only reason they still agree to stay with me every weekend," Not that it would bother him if they chose not to. Though he rarely filtered his thoughts, he managed to keep that one back. But only because he could hear Jon in the back of his mind yelling at him for even thinking it. "Yeah," Jacoby said with a sigh, "he had a pretty large social network," He left it at that, not sure what else to say. "But what I want is important, too," David said. Jacoby couldn't help but chuckle at the simplicity of the thought, just as Gus rolled on his back in pure joy from all the attention he was getting.

Tony waited, he may have ended up explaining a little to much but then again he was honest and he wanted to make sure that Jacoby got a full honest answer since it was only right but if he had to he could be vague if he wanted to. He knew that this would come and he would actually have to explain why he wasn't such a danger now then he was then but then again he would have to be down right honest with this one but he knew that right now things were getting serious since his tattoos that held on to his life were wearing. At least they were wearing to the point where his life would be in danger along with countless others but then would the demon inside him actually kill him? He doubted it but he wasn't sure.
"It is dangerous, and those dangers are taken into accord by the head and who knows what could happen if those dangers are shown. She has done more to make sure that I am less of a risk to the department and you along with the lives of the innocent then you may think. I am allowed in the department because I have trained and because the Head trusts me and the fact that she has me for my 'dangers'. You are to innocent to know the truth of what I am, or at least not as great of a sinner as I am to understand the very truth of who I am. Its risky but its a risk worth taking." Tony growled and his skin was visibly rippling.
"What you don't know, human, is the fact that I am the one that is dangerous, not Tony, though I do reside in his body, he is not responsible fore the actions that I take with him. You may not realize but I am the danger in the unseen shadows of the night that make the nightmares realistic for children. Tony was young when he killed his father, rage does that. You on the other hand have the same trait, bottling up emotions for you may not realize or think that you have control over them but the emotions hold power over you. Careful young human." Said Abatu in a deeper voice Tonys eyes were back to the molted gold.
"People are not born evil dear child, no one is. Its the lot in life that makes us choose that path to wickedness to be the evil in the night. I know evil, child and Evil does not breed to create innocents or goodness. You are both child. I would not state things that could mean something else to a child Jacoby things are taken differently in the minds of children." Abatu said to David then to Jacoby and he released his hold on Tony.
"Nerefon and I are back together if that is what you are asking. Nera and I had an agreement and the fact that she understood what I was going through and the fact that she promised me that she would never leave me no matter what the cost. Nera and I have been through a lot and for that I still and always will love her for that." he said smiling a little at the thought of Nerefon and looked down at Sirius who was giggling.
"Good. Well, sometimes you shouldn't think that and let them come regardless of the pet or any other attachments to you. They are your children after all. Well yes he did, and sadly enough I was supposed to kill him a long time ago but didn't because of Airous. Yes it is child What you want in life is important and don't hesitate to reach to the stars." Tony said mildly.

Tony seemed to growl out his next words, a fact that Jacoby picked up on. He didn't understand why Tony seemed to grow agitated... or angry... or whatever emotion it was. (Jacoby was quite dumb with emotions, after all) He thought that what he'd asked had been a sincere, legit question. He frowned. "As long as she is aware," he said indifferently. Well, if she was, that was good. At least she'd know what to expect from him. "Hey, dude, I'm not questioning her decision. I'm sure she had her reasons for keeping you on board. Same as she has her reasons for everyone. I was just curious, is all."
He couldn't help but snicker when Tony referred to him as innocent. He did his best to keep the thoughts of why he was not out of his mind. After learning of what Eclipse (and many of them could do) he had started training his mind to shut up sometimes. There was a time and place to think certain things. (If only he could train his mouth to do that). Still, he was suddenly very aware of how little people knew of him. Well, he was anti social. Not literally. But he didn't like socializing much unless he absolutely had to.
Jacoby narrowed his eyes, temper rising. He didn't know what the heck he was dealing with, nor did he particularly care. He wondered why he hadn't just turned and left. The kid wanted to pet the dog. The kid had petted the dog. Why were they lingering? Why was he pretending that he was a friendly, social person? When the exact opposite was true. "I don't bottle up my emotions," he hissed, hand tightening on the leash he was holding. That was all he said on that subject. He didn't bother entertaining the words for long. Frankly, he was sick of how everyone pretended to know him so well.
"You're wrong," he said, "Some people are born evil. We could get into a debate about nature versus nurture, but I've neither the patience nor the time for that. Besides, I'm not sure I could convince you that sometimes nature plays a really large role," All he could think about as he spoke the words was his eldest brother. How even as a child he showed clear signs of budding psychopathy. Then again, wasn't evil subjective? "First of all, I didn't say it to him. He happened to overhear me speaking to my best friend. I did not realize he was listening. Second of all, I didn't ask you for parenting advice."
Okay, maybe he'd gotten a little to snippy. But he couldn't help it. He was under a lot of stress and he'd always been temperamental, anyway. He didn't bottle his emotions. He merely had trouble expressing them. All of them but anger. Anger came easily. Tony seemed to change again. Jacoby could tell that whoever had spoken really was someone else. "It's good that you two are," he said, slightly jealous for he wished he could have that. "Yeah, they are. They're just at that age where they want to be with their friends. In this case, their friend is Gus."
The thought of Peter potentially being killed a long time ago made him shudder. Perhaps it was selfish to think it, but he found himself thinking that he was glad he hadn't done it. Because if he had, he probably wouldn't have met him. "I won't," David vowed.

Tony was slightly upset if not entirely upset but his anger was something he was having trouble with and that was saying something and right then he wished Nera was with him. Nera would be able to calm him down with a single touch if she was there it would have been nice and she would have noticed the signs before now. He saw that Sirius stopped petting Gus and looked up at him in concern which he knew the child knew something was wrong and he didn’t blame him for sensing it either.
“She is and that’s why you would only see me here and there but my job she has me doing is a little to difficult for those who think they may have the skill to do it. Insider reports of the attacks. Sorry its just been a long day already and it seems everything is falling apart.” He said.
Tony glared. What he was saying was not for the powers he had but for what was inside him that had control to a point and could fully kill anyone if deemed worth it. Though he didn’t want to tell or even share that part of him for that was the part of him he hated the most in many ways because of what happened and that was why. Though Abatu had saved him and several people already but that didn’t mean that he wasn’t dangerous but through how he saved people showed he was still dangerous any way. He sighed gently releasing some tension that was in his body that he had but that didn’t stop the rippling effect that was going through his body.
“Oh? Do you? What I have heard you seem to have a hard time sharing any type of emotion for lack of understanding of the very emotion that resides in you? Or the fact that you have a hard time speaking because you don’t want to get to close to people and they don’t meet up with your expectations.” Abatu said snickering.
“I doubt that. I have seen true evil and true good and people can choose which rout to take they can’t be born that way only if nature intended for that exact thing. I have seen it but its debatable and I have a limited time speaking through Tony’s body.” Abatu said.
“I have no care of what you do with your own….children, Just telling you that’s all for there is a spell to prevent anyone from hearing a conversation for which you should have used. Children have a way of knowing or hearing what they shouldn’t.” abatu said bitterly and was gone.
“I am too though. Sorry about Abatu, he gets that way, just stepping in. Well I can see where Sirius will get that way when he is a little older but children have a knack for that too. So…where are you headed anyway?” he asked curiously.
“Good. Be strong and be a fighter, kid. That is and will be a good quality to have along with being loyal and kind and caring.” He said to David.

OOC:" It's not crappy. ^^ It's fine.
BIC: "It sounds hard," he admitted honestly. Well, he wasn't a liar. At least, not in that respect. He had respect for people who performed difficult jobs. Whether he liked Tony or not, he respected him. "And like I said, I'm not trying to... offend you or anything. I'm just trying to make sense of it," he twisted his face in thought for a moment before adding, "Which is normal in our world, right? And fair enough. As there's a lot out there that doesn't appear dangerous, but is."
Jacoby rolled his eyes. A juvenile response, but it happened before he could stop it. "Hard time speaking? That's funny," he literally laughed out loud then, causing Gus to let out a happy bark, tail wagging behind him, "Most people say they can't get me to shut up. And there you are, accusing me of not speaking. Ironic, really," he left it at that, deeming it best to do so. Whatever this demon was, Jacoby had no interest in pissing him off.
"That's an oxymoron," Jacoby said dryly, "One cannot be truly evil and have the choice of being good. True evil is evil, period. No good at its core at all. For the record, I'm an auror. I have seen so called true evil, as well. True evil is the person who ends a life and when you ask why he did it, he never bats an eye, never shows remorse, and instead looks back at you and smiles. Are you really going to try to convince anyone that there is any good in those people?" He didn't shield his son from the conversation. He'd long ago decided it was best for his children to know that not everything was perfect.
"Then don't waste that limited time on me," he said boldly, "And if I didn't know he was there, obviously I didn't know to use the spell," He left the conversation there, not saying another word on it before it was Tony himself speaking again. At least, Jacoby assumed as such since the tone he was using changed drastically. "No need to apologize," he said with a shrug, "I'm used to being talked to... like... that," Jacoby nodded, "he definitely will. I was heading out to take him back to his mother's. Could have apparated, but I figured a walk for Gus here wouldn't hurt."
David chirped in response, bouncing as he spoke - with all the energy and vigor his father had at his age - "I Will," he vowed."
OOC: Sorry if mine is. xD
