Why are you good at your job? (from Jon's pov)
Herbology was always my favorite subject and I have always excelled at it. I believe that Herbology is much more important to the study of magic than many witches and wizards realize it is. Likewise, I enjoy teaching and find that there is nothing better than seeing that light bulb (excuse the Muggle metaphor) go off when a student just "gets it". Having children of my own, keeping up with students won't be too much of a problem. Likewise, I don't mind spending some nights at the castle if I have to. Its no bother to me.

I have been a teacher and a HoH on a few separate rp sites on separate occasions. I can usually remain active with no problem and was almost always good about keeping my class updated. Likewise, I always managed to check the common room at least once a week. I enjoy teaching a class while RPing and would likely keep the job for a while, probably as long as I roleplay here.
