Azazel watched though he was still tense about what was going on, it reminded him of the time a hundred years ago on what happened between him and another vampire with a similar situation. Though the situation was with a young child, a child to them, but it was with a human, it was very different for them to be with humans too and not with their own kind but then again, they were made through humans too by being bitten and drained.
***Past***
It was a hundred years ago when Azazel was hunting, he normally wouldn't go in this territory, knowing that it belonged to others of his kind though he didn't care he needed food since he was a wonderer and he didn't have a place to call his yet. He needed the food and he was willing to risk his life for it if he had to and that was going to be a major mistake if he ran into any of his kind. Thats when he heard voices and he looked up and then jumped into the branches of the trees and walked from branch to branch listening closely to the voices that he had heard and when he reached them he stopped to listen.
"It's to dangerous, if others of my kind knew that I was with you, that we are in a relationship, they will destroy me and then you. I can't bare the thought of you getting hurt because of my kind. It's dangerous and I don't want you to suffer because of it." said the vampire below.
"I don't care what it takes, I am not going to leave you. The danger here is our fear of what is going to happen, I don't care what they do to me as long as I am with you. I am not afraid of dying I am more afraid of losing you then anything. Let them find out, we can escape, we can run together and never come back." the human girl who looked to be 16 years old.
"It's not that simple, it is to dangerous but we can't always run away. What will your parents think when you don't come home one day? It's not going to work out." the other said.
"It can work out, I don't care what they think I am my own person." she said and thats when Azazel decided to keep going, he didn't care but as he took a step he fell and thats when the fight began and the poor girl wasn't afraid and stayed with the vampire though Azazle had convinced them to stay together.
***End of Past***
"I think, I don't think you would want that. You most likely already do and the fact that if anyone, though I won't, found out they will eventually give the information easily. To keep her safe, you safe or both? But will it keep them away? I don't think anything will keep our kind or her kind away even if this land is claimed. I don't mind change, but this change is far different then anything, its against the clans." he said thoughtful but understanding.
"Are you certain you won't? Especially when you are hungry and upset? How much do you trust yourself? She still could, in herself, be worried that she could still bite you regardless if you have been there or not, she could still lose all control that she had maintained and kill you by accident. Does she though?" he said cautiously.
"Selene may be human but she cares and though she is not mundane, she has fought for our kind and the werewolf kind too. You just need to understand her first before you call her that. Trust is a hard thing though you gotta get to know them rather then judge right away." he said snarling.
Azazel stood there watching, not wanting to move, not wanting to leave at all, he wanted to stand his ground and he was not going to turn his back against his own kind, he didn't trust his own kind one bit. He sent a low growl rip through his lips.
"If I don't, then what? There is a group of deer down the path towards the stream that runs through the forest. Check it if you don't believe me." he said gently knowing what it was like to be hungry, to lose control to not have control of who you are because of the hunger that was ripping through you and thats why he was trying to help him with what knowledge he did have of the land.
