Jacoby snickered when Peter thanked him. There was no need to thank him, really. At least, Jacoby didn't think there was. Granted, he wouldn't have done the same for everyone, but he still made his exceptions. "You're welcome?" he replied, speaking the words as more of a question than a statement. "A problem?" he said, shaking his head, "Nah. Everyone just has different... hobbies," He wasn't sure why he'd said that. Then again, when was he ever sure why he said the things that he did? He wondered if Peter really believed what he said. The same way he often wondered if Jon did.
Jacoby watched as the keys jingled, reaching for them as he replied, "I don't think taking a car home is the safest bet," Not only did Jacoby not want to die, he didn't want to lose his job. He laughed at Peter's next comment, "Even if it was your car, it would be a Muggle cop's job to locate it. Not mine. Aurors don't handle stolen Muggle things," he said, laughter clear in his voice. After Peter said I guess, Jacoby apparated on the spot, taking them right to his house. No harm there. It was empty at the moment, after all.

"Hobby?" Peter liked the sound of that. "That's better than addiction which is what my past partners have tried to tell me it was." He said with a shrug and gazed up at Jacoby. "You....you are something else. Your hot and amazing. I'm already in love with you. Best part is you haven't tried to stop my personality." And with that he finished off the bottle he held in his hand, dropping it carelessly to the ground, not caring if it broke it not. Peter then lent into Jacoby, but not for support. He pressed his lips against the others once more, hands traveling to Jacobys hips.
Jacoby had reached out for the keys, which Peter automatically dropped. He watched them in his hands. Before Peters mind could wrap around what happened next they where at a house. "Who's place is this?" He asked forgetting he ha agreed to go home with Jacoby. "Do you think they have anything to drink? I'm dying from thirst."

Jacoby chuckled. "Yeah, hobby," he replied. That was what Jon had always called it, wasn't it? "It may be," Jacoby said, "but so what? We all have addictions," he frowned as he mumbled to himself rather than Peter, knowing the thought might require too much thinking from someone under the influence, but still speaking the words just loud enough for Peter to hear, "No one is in any place to judge another," Jacoby turned to face Peter as he continued to speak, snickering at his words. Normally, at those words, he would have turned and left. But he didn't. Whether it was because Peter was drunk or because it was different that time, he wasn't sure.
"Why would I?" he asked. He saw the bottle fall to the ground, but didn't make a move to prevent it or even pick it up. Stopping citizens from littering was a job for the Muggle cops, not for him. Peter leant into him again, lips pressed against his, hands traveling to his hips. It was intoxicating. It both pleased and overwhelmed him at the same time. He was only barely aware that he now held the keys. And as he apparated, he almost lost his concentration on the image he'd pulled up in his mind. He was certain they lingered between places for a moment, bouncing in a way. When they finally did make it - to his house, much to his relief - Jacoby was shocked to see that they had, in fact, arrived in one piece. "Mine," he replied, "and that depends."
OOC: lolol Someone should tell Peter that kissing someone right before apparition is not a good idea.

Peter heard Jacoby's comment but wasn't able to make a reply. Nor was he able to come up with the answer to the others question. Peter was to busy keeping his focus on Jacoby's lips and nothing else. Not even the sound of the bottle breaking could stop him from what he wanted, which at that moment was Jacoby. And then without breaking from Jacoby they had apparated. He felt as if some of his limps where still at the park and maybe even a third location but soon the feeling was over as his head spun when they landed to the house.
Peter never took his arm off of Jacoby as he looked at the house, then back at Jacoby. "Yours?" Peter laughed for a moment "depends on what? You won't give your lover a drink when their dying from thirst?" He asked in shock, overly dramatizing the issue at hand. "I see how it his."

Jacoby didn't think anything about Peter's lack of a reply or an answer. After all, the man was drunk. Jacoby couldn't exactly expect him to be entirely responsive. He supposed most people would have had their morals kick in at that exact moment. But it wasn't exactly like Jacoby and morals went hand in hand. Even as they'd apparated, Peter hadn't broken away. They'd arrived safely - thankfully. With the other being drunk, Merlin only knew what might have happened had Peter thought of a location during the travel.
Peter's arm left Jacoby as his gaze turned to the house, and then back to Jacoby. He nodded, eyes moving to it. Pretty big for one person. Then again, when Trish was actually there it housed far more than one. "Yup," he replied, "Mine," He heard the other's laugh and chuckled in amusement, "Of course I would," he joked, "But I meant it depends on what you want to drink."
