VII. strengths

• Enhanced Speed and Agility: Oga is incredible agile and fast on his feet most likely thanks to harsh training and the enhancements given to him through his contract with his adopted son. Oga is capable of moving at high speeds and manoeuvring effectively at those high speeds without any form of stress on any part of his body. When he moves he is a simple blur leaving after images in his wake, capable of breaking the sound barrier.
  
• Enhanced Strength: Oga thanks to not only rigorous training and through the usage of his demon contract has reached a level of incredible strength. He is capable of pulverising the ground with a single punch, destroying entire buildings with a flick of a wrist or even snapping bones with a simple poke of a finger. He can send his foes flying with a single punch easily up to twenty kilometres or even a hundred.
  
• High Electricity Tolerance: Due to being shocked by Be'el numerous times, he has grown a sort of immunity towards electricity, as shown when he was able to block Himekawa's stun baton (which was 12000 volts) with no negative effect. He states further that Beel's electricity is a lot more effective.
  
• Demon Energy:Being contracts to a demon lord Oga is able to pull out large amounts of demon energy from Beelzebub the higher they are in synch with one another. The more demon energy he draws out the larger the ‘zebel spell’ the tattoo on his hand grows extending up over his entire body. Oga has such a high synch rate with his adopted son he can draw out masses of demon energy to such a point the red zebel spell covers his body and turns dark blue. When he uses ‘super milk time’ the markings turn dark purple and the block on his synch with his son is released and he can pull out as much as he wants. When he activates the zebel spell his powers increase significantly increasing his speed, strength, endurance and stamina beyond a human’s even beyond a vampires or werewolves boosting them to the level of a demon lord.
  

VI. Abilities

• Magic Cancellation: A unique ability possessed by Oga that it creates a magical barrier around him and cancels out any form of magic in Oga’s general area and even destroys other spells. Because he can’t control it his ability often cancels out his own spells making the fail or destroys a key element of his spells and makes them blow up in his face more times than none. However he has gained a small control over this and is capable of casting some spells like Accio and Reducto without blowing up on him.

• Chivalry: Oga follows a code of chivalry meaning he won’t hit a woman or child no matter what, but he also dislikes when others hit women or children and he will go out of his way to thrash all those who abuse them. He also does not like under-aged smoking or drinking
  
• Magical Spells: Oga although he posses his own magical core because he is contracted with a baby demon lord his body is over flowing his demon energy he can’t control that mixes with his own spells and makes them highly volatile, often making a simple banishing charm into a devastating destructive spell capable of obliterating all in his path…or his spells will just blow up in his face.

Initially, Oga was nothing more than a crude and uncaring delinquent whose only friend seemed to be Furuichi. While he wouldn't start fights, he would take deliberate pleasure in inflicting the most pain possible when facing his opponents, regularly resulting too cruel and unusual methods of punishment for his defeated enemies, showing a high amount of sadism. It is because of these qualities that he was initially chosen to become Be'el's parent. Alaindelon described the ideal parent of a Demon Lord as being "strong, tough, self-centred, and cares nothing for his fellow man". These traits sum up most of Oga's personality.

As his life continued, each of the trials Oga faced and the new friends he has gained altered his personality somewhat. For example, when the Rokkisei called out Ishiyama to meet them on the rooftop, he initially came alone. But later on when Himekawa, Kunieda, and Natsume soon arrived, Oga smiled knowing that they have his back. Though he retains his love for his cruelty, he is now much more calm and easier to be around then he was at the start of the series.

Still, in his own twisted, and very roundabout way, he seems to care for the people that are close to him. When Furuichi was gone during the summer vacation and leaving Oga alone, he called Alaindelon to transport Furuichi back home just so he can hang out with him. Or beating up and embarrassing Miki in front of their school back in middle school. Only because it was to protect him from Kiriya Reiji because he knew that both Miki and Kiriya would move to Nara at the same time, and if Miki was involved, then Kiriya would've attacked Miki in Nara where Oga wouldn't be there to protect him. When Hilda and Be'el went missing and his sister Misaki threw him out of the house, promising to not let him back in unless he brought them back, Oga acted as if he didn't care. Instead he complained about the heat to Furuichi and decided that they should go down to the river. Furuichi realized that the river was where Oga had first met Be'el and Hilda, also realizing that Oga meant to look for them after all.

Oga doesn't seem to have any sense of appeal nor opposition against girls only his wife Hilda, unlike Furuichi who is easily seduced and will not hesitate to pick up girls. However, he does also has a sense of chivalry, as said by his Wife Hilda, as Oga will not fight or harm a woman. This was proven true when he only dodges during his fight with Aoi, and more recently when fighting the female Pillars he held back when he realize he was about to hit a girl. The only times he actually hits a girl was a sparring match with Aoi to determine if they were capable of learning Black Techs and knocking out Yuchelle by destroying her weapon. It is also hinted that he disapproves of underage smoking and drinking.

As much as Oga hates it, he tends to listens to lectures very well. For example, when Oga was telling about Baby Beel's demon praying dance, where Kunieda took him to the side and lectured him about being careful who to talk to about Demons and only talk about them to who are involved. After that, Oga never told anyone besides (excluding Demons) Furuichi, Kunieda, Ittōsai, and Saotome. Another example of Oga paying attention is when Saotome was lecturing Oga about using Super Milk Time for 5 minutes max. Later when Oga uses Super Milk Time, he only fought for 5 minutes after using a huge blast that knocked him into unconsciousness.

As his life progressed, he learned how to put his pride aside and knows when to follow orders. An example was when Saotome said that the Ishiyama students were going to need training with him. All of the delinquents didn't want to train with him because they thought he was an "old geezer", and that weaker than them and that it would damage their pride. Oga was the only one who stepped up and agreed to train; instead of being arrogant, he put it kept to reason and sought to become stronger.

0VI. overall history Oga Tatsumi was born in Japan, Tokyo on 11th September seventeen years ago, both of his parents were half bloods both working in the magical world, his father a magical lawyer and his mother a skilled magical healer. When he was born he always wore a scary smile on his features that scared many kids away leading him to not have any friends by the age of five. By five he had already a large magical core was to join the Japanese magical training program but his father received a job offer in Paris France, so they moved to Paris. In Paris Oga would often get into fights with young bullies and beat them up to a bloody pulp. He became something of a demon and other the years became a delinquent who cared nothing for his fellow man. He was ruthless, cruel and sadistic. He beat up anyone that looked at him using his own magic to re-enforce his blows.

At eleven he joined Beauxbatons academy to study magic. However because of his large reserves whenever he tried a spell it would often be overloaded by his magic and more times than none it would blow up in his face. He was teased because of this but quickly the teasing stoped as he viciously beat up those bullying him leaving them in the medical ward for a week. Later those who bullied him started to use magic on him but it was discovered he was born with a unique ability known as ‘magic cancellation’ a rare unique skill that would cancel out any magic sent at the user, however because he can’t control his it is often the reason why his spells fail or blow up in his face.

At the age of sixteen he had become known as ‘Oga the Rampaging Demon’ feared by majority of his fellow students. While seen as a delinquent however, Oga’s grades are relatively high when it comes to theory even though his practical abilities are lacking often resulting in him just passing his exams thanks to mainly getting full results on the theory. It was at the age of sixteen he came in contact with a baby boy known as Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub IV a baby demon lord destined to become the next ruler of demon world. He had been sent by his father to destroy humanity but to do so he must find a cruel, sadistic, ruthless man who cared nothing for his fellow man to raise him and be his human parent. Oga was chosen to become Beelzebub’s father and raise him.

It was only days later Oga met the woman Hildegarde a demon nurse in charge of watching over Beelzebub and help raise him, and the woman that he would fall in love with and become his wife. Over the span of a year many things happened, Oga fought many times against demons aiming to kill him to stop him from raising Beelzebub. His powers grew as the contract between him and his adopted son became official, at the same time he married Hildegarde.

Now Oga deems to enter the Tri-wizard tournament for the purpose of fighting powerful opponents and showing the world the power he and his son can use.
