0IV. hair Sheldon has brown hair that he usually keeps long and neatly combed. Seldom a strand out of place as many would say. He may occasionally cut it, but doing so is rare. He's prone to changing how he wears it on a near daily basis.
00V. eyes His eyes are a warm, soft brown. They can appear dull in certain lighting.
0VI. unique features His most striking feature are the burn scars he has on his left leg and right hip. Of course, these are normally covered by clothes. He has a tattoo of an owl on his upper arm, and various scars obtained through his life that seem to be of little importance.
VII. dressing style Sheldon's dressing style can only be described as casual. He is rarely seen in Wizarding robes, finding them to be quite boring compared to the alternative. He is most often seen wearing jeans and a comfortable t-shirt. That's not to say he doesn't care about how he presents himself. He spends more time planning an outfit than any of his sisters ever did. Even at work, he'll wear 'casual' clothes under his Wizard robe.

0IV. boggart Sheldon's worst fear is the thought of witnessing a fellow Auror die at the hands of a dark witch or wizard. Since he started training after Hogwarts, his boggart has assumed such a form. He defeats it by turning the boggart to dust.
00V. patronous Sheldon's best memory is the day he was accepted into Auror training. His patronous takes the form of an owl, the first living thing he'd seen that night.
0VI. secrets Sheldon, though he would never admit it, is terrified of the idea of falling in love. Since he's never really seen any good examples of "love", he fears that if he does, it will end the same way as every example he's had. A secret he keeps deep. Another well kept secret of his is that he's often more depressed than he lets on.

00X. overall personality Sheldon is a true Hufflepuff by every definition of the word. Exceptionally loyal, he has never been one to break a friendship by his own choice. He is the kind of person who would do anything to protect someone he cares about. He is hardworking and has always given his job - whatever it was at the time, from school to work - a hundred percent. He has never, in his life, taken a day off from school or work. Not even when ill. Patience is the most notable trait in Sheldon. He can definitely put up with a lot before his temper finally snaps. In fact, some people aren't even sure he has a temper.
He does possess a few traits, however, that aren't typical of his house. Surely, if it hadn't been for his very badger like qualities, he would have been an ideal candidate for Ravenclaw. From a young age, Sheldon's parents knew he was intelligent. He would spend most of his time inside reading or off by himself rather than outside with kids. He has always loved allowing his brain to absorb information and the habit never died. Studious doesn't even begin to describe Sheldon. He enjoys knowledge and more than even that, enjoys sharing knowledge. Very submissive, Sheldon has been known to let people walk all over him. This has, in the past, led him to fall into an abusive relationship or two. Contributing to his fear of commitment. Very sensitive to the world around him, Sheldon gets depressed easily. He can sometimes go into depressive cycles in which he'll become withdrawn from others. While he'll still show up for work, he'll spend his nights alone in his house. However, normally, he's a very social person and makes a point to be surrounded by friends.

0VI. overall history Sheldon was born to Kyle and Bethany Hall, the second boy child of the young couple. His start to life was rough. Born right as his parents marriage began to fall apart. Though Bethany didn't love Kyle, and he didn't love her, they tried to stay together for the kids. Kyle was abusive to their mother, however, and though Sheldon and Hope were young, this left a lasting impression on them. For years, he had nightmares about his father harming her too badly. When Sheldon was six, Kyle was killed on the job by a Dark Wizard. While this should have been a sad time for the family, Bethany hardly mourned at all. The children had trouble understanding the loss, but they didn't take it as hard as they might have otherwise.
Bethany married her second husband, Garrett not long after her first husbands death. Garrett was much kinder to her than Kyle had been, and through the relationship came two more children. Sheldon's sisters were born when he was seven, the twins Jane and Jade. As soon as the baby girls were brought home, Garrett began to ignore Sheldon and Hope. He'd dote on the twins, spending all his money on them and all his time with them, acting as though Sheldon and Hope didn't exist. This, eventually, led to fights between him and his wife. When the twins were three and Sheldon, ten, Bethany and Garrett grew tired of the fighting and divorced. Garrett obtained partial custody of the twins, but still neglects Hope and Sheldon.
His mother met her third husband the Summer he went to Hogwarts. She often said that John simply swept her off her feet. John was nice enough, but always acted estranged toward Sheldon. Bethany and John tied the knot when Sheldon was at school. He had been sorted into Hufflepuff, and had grown to love the house. Hearing the news saddened him as it was hard not to notice that his sisters - Hope included - had been there, and yet he'd only found out they were even married through owl two days later. John was kind to his mother, though, so he learned to tolerate the man. Despite their differences.
During the Summer of his fourth year, the Clarke-Hall's house caught fire. Everyone had been sleeping at the time, and had only woken up because the neighbors dog began to bark. They all managed to escape, but Sheldon and his mother suffered third degree burns from it. Of which the scars they still carry. He still occasionally has nightmares about the night, but through therapy has overcome the fear for the most part.
In his fifth year, he discovered he was gay when he kissed a boy and liked it. It made sense, as he'd never noticed girls. Not for as long as he could remember. Not even as a young kid when he really thought about it. He and the boy dated for a very brief time, but there were others after. He kept it hidden from his family throughout his years at Hogwarts, though. During his sixth year, he decided he wanted to be an Auror. Having a strong hate for Dark witches and wizards and criminals alike, he wanted to do everything in his power to help. He began working toward the career choice instantly.
He finished Hogwarts with almost perfect marks. It was that year that he came out to his parents. It hadn't went as planned, and he discovered instantly why he'd always had a funny feeling about John. John had suspected it all along, and did not approve. Disgusted and repulsed by his step son, he manipulated his mother and his eldest sister into cutting him off. Sheldon has not seen hide nor hair of his family since. He used his Auror training to distract himself. He has recently finished his Auror training, and is determined to be the best Auror that he can. If not for himself, to prove to his step father that he's not a bad person, after all.
