The spell is called sensorico audiocracius and is designed so that, upon enchantment, you must touch your throat with your wand and then touch the temple of someone else with the end of your wand. From that moment onwards, you can speak words into their mind through simple thought without having to talk. This is often used to help people communicate when either unable to talk or in a situation which would require saying something that certain people really shouldn't hear. It can be stopped by the cancelling spell of Sensorico Finisso.
