Mason nodded. "Jon was rather welcoming at first. Though I can't say that I feel welcomed around him. I feel more awaked than anything. I think I ruined his relationship with Jacoby on accident." He said. "Jon didnt know Jacoby was a bastard child either. He was shocked when he found out. I was certain he was going to be sick."

"Apparently the headmaster was homophobic. They we're happy to help me back my bags when they learned i was gay." Mason explained. "I guess I should have seen it coming since over half of the schools students are males." He said with a shrug as if it didnt matter. And it didnt. Mason had come to England for family and had found Sheldon instead. Mason cover his mouth was his hand in shock still. "Thank you." He said again. "It really means a lot to me." He nodded again. "Maybe in a few days?"

Marcus listened to Mason carefully, seeming to hang on to every word the other said. The truth was, he already knew of Jon and Jacoby's fallout. He didn't know the exact details, but wasn't surprised to hear that Mason leaking his... knowledge had a lot to do with it. "I'm sure it will get better," he said, "And even if it doesn't, you have me," he added. Well, that felt like the thing to say. Making himself look better than Jon in a subtle way. "So sad that their relationship was ruined, though. They were so close," he put on his best frown possible, shaking his head in feigned disbelief.

His eyes moved to Mason again at the mention of the headmaster being homophobic. So, Mason was gay, then? He wondered idly why so many of his brothers had went down that path. If his options had been greater, he likely would have asked Mason to leave then and there. But Mason was his last resort. Unless he could track down another brother. And Mason had, also, done well other than that. So, instead, he deemed it best to pretend he was okay with it. The way he'd done with Jacoby, as well. "It was their loss," he said, "If you made it into Durmstrang in the first place, I'm sure you were a good student? Perhaps we can get them for discrimination..." he said as though he was thinking aloud, when in reality he'd thought of the words well before speaking them. "As I said, no need to thank me. That's what brothers are for, right? A few days is fine. I'm assuming the orphanage gave you the address? Or did they leave that part out?"

Mason nodded. "I guess I do have you now too." He said with a smile as he looked up at his brother. This was what he had wanted badly, to have a family. Mason frowned as well. "I guess I just feel guilty. It was all my fault." He sighed sadly "I just hope it does get better but for now I'm going to stay my distance from their business."

Mason shock his head and gave a hand gesture for Marcus to not even bother on the subject. "That's like saying that your going to sue drumstrang for being abusive to their students. It's not the same in Germany as it is here. You won't get far with that. It's fine really. The past is the past." He said with a shrug. "I should have known that would have happened when I came out. Doesn't it everywhere else?"

Mason shock his head again. "They gave me a bag of muggle money and told me to go to England. That's i they helped me with." He said sadly.

He returned Mason's smile with one of his own. Of course, he wasn't nearly as excited about having a new brother as Mason probably was, but that didn't mean he couldn't pretend to be. He supposed Mason would want to think that he was. Mason seemed like the type. Though, he couldn't be entirely sure, but that was why Mason was there in the first place. So he could know him, figure him out in a way. "Exactly," he said, smile still intact, "And I'm not going anywhere. I'm sure Jonathan might have had you thinking otherwise, but, well, there are two sides to every story."

Marcus chuckled, the sound almost genuine (and perhaps a small part of it was, as he did find the idea that it was Mason's fault mildly amusing) before replying, "I doubt it was your fault," he said, "Those two fight quite often. You would almost think think were married," he joked knowing well that Mason wouldn't understand the joke as well as he did. To Mason, he supposed it might have different meaning. Though he still watched his expression as he spoke again.

"You'd be surprised how easy a battle something may be when you have money," he said, chuckling again, "Of course, that doesn't mean we would win, but it would sure give our precious Durmstrang bad press in the process. If you say it's fine, though, then I'm inclined to agree with you," He nodded at Mason's question, supposing that it did. Hell, he himself wasn't a very tolerant man. One could pretend, but that didn't change the thoughts he had in the back of his mind. "I suppose," he said, "Some places are worse than others, though," When Mason shook his head, he put on a frown, letting out an almost exaggerated sigh before saying, "They weren't very helpful were they? We'll have to fix that," he concluded, reaching for his quill and pulling a slip of parchment from his desk. He jotted the address down quickly before sliding it to Mason, "That would be it. Just come whenever you are ready."

OOC: *twitch* A bit too long. I tried not to make it so long, lol But it was hard not to.

Mason smiled lightly. "Ya. I don't know why Jon was so worked up about you. Your not as bad as he think you are. Though he has lived with you all his life and I've heard that siblings typically don't get a long well." He said with a shrug. "You seem like a good person to me." Mason then chuckled at Marcus's joke about Jon and Jacoby. "I can see that."

Mason took the piece of parchment and smiled down at it before repeating "thank you." He smiled up at Marcs's "ill owl you before I come over, I don't want to just pop in. That's rude." He said with a small smile. "Is there anything else you wanted to know?" He asked. After all Marcus was the one who seeked him.

Marcus was pleased to hear Mason's words. You're not as bad as he thinks you are. That meant he'd made a good impression on Mason. Which had been his goal, hadn't it? Of course it had. He would never win Mason over if Mason thought he was a bad person. And while Marcus didn't necessarily think he was bad, he was well aware that many others did. "He and I have never really gotten along well," Marcus said with a snicker, "He kind of likes to live in the past where I'm concerned," Marcus nodded at Mason's words. "Which can often be true. It can be especially difficult when you're as different as Jonathan and myself. It's not that I didn't try - " (there he was, playing the victim. it was an act he often put on) "but I guess we were just too different."

Marcus chuckled again saying only "Yeah," in response to Mason's reply to the joke. "As I've already told you," he began as Mason took the parchment, "You really do not have to thank me," Well, at least Mason was polite enough to say thank you. Marcus couldn't deny that he liked that. "That would be ideal," he said, "Especially if you travel by floo powder as my house usually is not connected to the floo network," He thought about Mason's question for a brief moment before answering, "Not that I can think of," he admitted, faking something similar to modesty as well as he knew how, "Honestly, I just wanted to meet you."

OOC: I'm not 100% happy with it lol But I had most of it done before i lost my muse, and wanted to finish it while it was on my mind. Hope it works. It is subject to change if I get on before you reply. ^^;
