What is your position there? Department Head
Why are you good at your job? I am good at my job because of the fact that I am strict and not to harsh. I do prefer to make sure that everything is going well and everyone is organized and I treat everyone with equal rights and no one gets special treatment or feel like there is any favorites of anyone else. I prefer to make sure that everyone feels welcome but doing their job is what matters too. I make sure that everyone gets their job done and on time regardless of the fact that I may be laid back I am not lax in those that work in my department and I expect the training to be exact and thorough and be précises. When the things that are not getting done the right way I make sure I address the problem so that the worker knows that what they need to fix and what has to be done for future references. I want to make sure that things are healthy, positive and has a way to make everyone happy but know that this is a hard job but a job that is not easy though it is a well worth it job too.
I am a good leader and am one that wants what is best for everyone and the safety of the wizarding world and making sure we get the dark wizards and those that break the law. I can appear to be different I may not care what you have on your desk but it must clean, organized and isn't cluttered with to many items though the job may be hard you can style it up as you like. I am tough out in the field and am not one that gives up easily but I am also cautious and will take care and think about what works best to get the dark wizards for one must think the way they do to catch them.
