PERSONALITY and appearance,
Cabriel is a quiet girl. She despises conflict and large crowds. Has various anxieties and problems with socializing. She has an innate fear of abandonment and being left behind that stems from being left at an orphanage when she was only a month old. She loves books and learning and can always be found curled up on a squishy couch with a book in front of the fire.
She stands at an average five foot five inches with naturally wavy extremely dark almost black hair. She has bright blue eyes a small narrow nose and full lips.

HISTORY,
Cabriels parentage is largely unknown as well was her exact date of birth. Her birth-date question was answered the day she received her Hogwarts letter.
Cabriel grew up in an orphanage, the nuns had attempted to adopt her out, who wouldn't love a blue eyed baby of their own, they tried twice. And both times the little girl was asked to be brought back. When she was an infant she was inconsolable with the first family. They were heart broken to give her back but no one was getting sleep. The second family had a little girl of their own and wanted to give her a little sister. She was four. What exactly happened between the two girls is unknown, even to Cabriel, but whatever it was it spooked the older girl. She didn't want to share a room with Cabriel, said she thrashed in her sleep and made things move, she didn't want to be left alone with her. The family practically begged for the orphanage to take her back. They didn't try to adopt her again.
Cabriel was left when she was roughly a month old in a bassinet on the steps of the orphanage. A note was taped with a simple note, 'Her name is Cabriel. Please take care of her for I cannot.' was typed neatly in the center. The sisters polled the other children what her surname should be and came up with Nanashi, anime was quite popular at the time.
She was six when she first intentionally made a book move across the room. Well as intentionally as an inexperience witch could. She didn't tell anyone.
A strangely dressed woman showed up on the orphanages doorstep on what was later discovered to be her 11th birthday to inform her she had been accepted to a school she had never heard of to learn magic. The woman was kind enough to take her shopping for hand me down robes and school supplies. She told her someone would be back on September 1st to take her to the train station. The nuns did a collection for her so she could buy lunch on the train. They didn't know exactly what the school was for but they were happy she got in. Not many of the children got oppurtunites like that.
She sat by herself on the train reading her worn text books and examining her wand. She was sorted into Ravenclaw and found the riddles to get into the common room amusing.
When she was old enough she got a summer job at the Leaky Cauldron cleaning rooms to earn money for school supplies and uniforms. It worked out quite well and she opened a vault in gringotts for the little bit of money she was accumulating. She was 15
On her sixteenth birthday she went to go school shopping and found a lot more money in her vault than she remembered putting there. Shocked she asked goblins and they gave her a typed note that had been left with the money, 'For my daughter on her 16th year' all the goblins could tell was it was left by a woman with Cabriels blue eyes and that they had never seen her before. It was more money than she could ever possibly want or need and she didn't know what to do with it. So she went and bought new robes, brand new books, a new trunk as well as several brand new supplies for school. When she returned to the orphanage she showed the note that was left with the money to the head nun and she showed her the note that had been left with her as an infant. Seeing as they were typed it was hard to tell if they were left by the same person but they speculated they had been.
Cabriel hopes one day to join the ministry, maybe in foreign affairs. And hopes to find answers to the question of her parentage, and why they had abandoned her.
