She had wide light chocolate eyes. She often wears a long dark blue long sleeved top with a red collar and cuffs and a black red and plat skirt with knee length black and white striped socks. A habit she picked up from her Uncle Yami wearing white and pink traditional style Uwabaki. She carries a pair of Kodachi on her lower back in a single sheath. She often carries around multiple japanese style hand held folding fans which act as Tessen (Iron Fans) for combat.

STRENGTHS:
- High Magic and Control: having been born in Japan, Hikari was raised in the ways of Eastern magic learning to manipulate her own magical core for combat since she was young. Four years ago however Hikari was taken on as a personal apprentice to Yami Jin Hateshiginai as a favour from her father. Her is control is a lot higher than her magical reserves which are equal to that of two Auror’s
- Enhanced Speed and Agility: Being a student of Yami, Hikari is incredible fast, while not as fast as her Ex-Sensei she is still quite fast for most Auror’s to keep up with and her agility is equally as high
- Enhanced Flexibility: Being a girl, Hikari as a higher level of flexibility than most males, her ability to bend and manipulate her body is great as that of a cat as she is capable of fitting into the most tightest of areas. She can bend her body to such a degree that it is thought inhuman
- Eastern Magic: Hikari specialises in Elemental Magic, Summoning, Medical Magic, Weaponry, Ancient Charms and Exorcism techniques. While not as skilled as her old Sensei Yami she is still highly skilled in the areas than most twice her age thanks to the intense training schedule from her Sensei. Her skill however lies directly in Chinese style magic including the manipulation of the ‘Light’ element as well as Water, Wind, Ice and Medical Magic.
WEAKNESSES:
- Magic Drain: Though skilled with Ancient Eastern Magic when Hikari uses Western style of magic, her spells use a higher level of magical drain, draining her magical core faster than the average Western Wizard of Witch.
- Western Style Magic: Though skilled in Eastern styles of Magic, Hikari has nearly no control over Western Style of Magic being Charms and Transfiguration. Her abilities in Charms and Transfiguration are equal to the level of a Hogwart’s first year student.
- Wand Usage: Hikari while using her wand her power over magic is far weaker than without the use of her wand.

PERSONALITY: Hikari as a rather odd personality around others she is brave and outgoing and isn’t free to speak her mind. To others she is cold to them and won’t hesitate to punch or step on their feet should she feel like it. She is cheerful and quite bubbly with a passion for shopping and all things cute. If she sees anything cute she will instantly try and make it hers wrapping it in her arms and hugging it, she also has a passion for cute clothes and always tries to look her best wherever she goes.
Around Yami however she is shy and bashful, she blushes whenever she sees him and can’t control herself. She will stutter and mutter under her breath unable to speak properly. Hikari will fidget with her clothes and look down trying to avoid eye contract. She is unable to even tell him how she feels but she hopes one day she will be able to.

HISTORY Hikari was born in Tokyo Japan to her Russian Father Pavel Svetit and Japanese Pure-Blood Mother Kagami Hiragi, her mother was only seventeen when Hikari was born. Her parents both purebloods didn’t take to kindly to her getting pregnant outside of wedlock so they banished her from the family. Hikari was raised in a small house in Tokyo her father was an assistant banker on his way to becoming manager. However things went sour as Hikari’s mother became sick when she was only three later dying a year later on Hikari’s fourth birthday. Hikari never understood what had happened, all she knew was her mother had gone away and her father was depressed crying every night.
Four years later Hikari’s father later remarried a pureblood Mage from the Hateshiginai family a famed pureblood clan. Hikari refused to acknowledge this new woman as her mother and did anything and everything to ignore her. Hikari avoided Yuki at every turn and fought her on everything her hatred for her new step mother could be seen clearly in everyone’s eyes. Yuki tried everything she could to show Hikari she cared for her but all her attempts to get close to the girl were thrown back at her. However Yuki had one last trick up her sleeve her younger brother Yami who was only eleven years older than Hikari being 19 years of age.
The moment Hikari met Yami though only being eight she felt her heart nearly leaping from her chest as she crushed on her step mothers younger and colder brother. At first Yami did nothing but ignore the younger girl but as she persisted in talking to him he showed her a few tricks showing her the basics of Summoning helping her gain a familiar by the name of Kirara and two tailed Monster Cat. Three months later Yami vanished returning to his work leaving a heartbroken Hikari as the one she crushed on vanished from her life. Though after those few months having spent with Yami calmed Hikari and she slowly accepted Yuki as her new mother.
Two years later Yami remerged in his family’s compound to pay his respects to his deceased parents, it was then the ten year old Hikari begged Yami to take her on as his apprentice and teach her everything he knew. The Twenty Year old Ex Hit-man took his sister’s step daughter under his wing and began to train her. In two full years he pounded into her in Elemental Magic, Summoning, Medical Magic, Weaponry and Exorcism technique’s the areas she excelled in. Together they discovered her natural alignment to the High Magical Art of Light Spells, together they trained and helped her to create her own spells for her light element.
After two years Yami left his niece taking to travel the world. In those two years Hikari had formed a deep love for her ‘uncle’ whom she had began to call ‘Onii-chan’. Many would frown upon her love if not for one key fact neither was related to the other. Hikari spent the next two years to training herself so she could find her ‘uncle’ and show him she was strong and that she was a woman, she would show him her love. Her goal took her to Scotland...namely Hogwarts.
