- Enhanced Speed: Thanks to mastery over training Kagirinai has reached a stage where he can move faster than the average person can keep up with. His speed can be enhanced to such a point thanks to his mastery over lightning that he can move at the speed of a lightning bolt becoming nothing but a flash.
- Magic Abilities:
- Lightning Magic While Kagirinai is a user of Eastern Magic his greatest area of expertise is his mastery over lightning element magic. His ability surpasses that of even the greatest of element masters as he is capable of wielding the element as if it was a part of him. He is one with lightning itself and is capable of summoning lightning with only a single thought. His mastery over the lightning element surpasses even his brothers. The magic used to summon his element is only a fifth of what it takes his own brother to use allowing him to fire off numerous attacks without tiring. His mastery has allowed him to ditch all forms of incantations and spells and just wield it by thought and gestures alone.
While being a master of Lightning magic when struck by lightning spells he can let them run through his body, converting them back to magic absorbing them. He can also absorb enemy lightning spells and charge them with his own magic increasing the power of it by leaps and bounds before firing right back at the caster.
Nature Magic: While being highly skilled in lightning Magic, Kagirinai is also skilled in Nature style magic controlling nature itself. Kagirinai has reached such a stage where he doesn’t need to even cast incantations or use spells to use his magic simply using it by thought. He has even experimented with his magic altering many different kinds of plant life creating his own species for battle. Often his plants are referred as demonic as if they were derived from hell.

Kagirinai is a studier of Forbidden Magic a master of the forbidden arts. He dabbles in all forms of dark forms of magic from Darkness Magic to Gravity Magic to even the forbidden Blood Magic. He is an expert in the area of Kin Mahou more so than his brother Yami or anyone to grace the planet. He has hunted the arts of the forbidden magic’s to the darkest of corners of the world and learnt every single one including some of the most dreaded forms to ever be created, such as the long lost forbidden style of ‘Shikyo Mahou’ death magic. - High Stamina: From his years of training Kagirinai has achieved such a state where he can train or fight for longer before tiring out. Kagirinai is capable of lasting hours on end during training sessions before he even begins to sweet or tire. He can go days without rest before he runs out of energy. However because of his high stamina he requires large amounts of nutrients to sustain his high level of stamina.
- High Magical Reserves and Magic Control: Kagirinai being a user of Eastern Style Magic and a master of lightning element magic has perfect control over his magic reserves. His magical reserves have reached such a state they are five times that of the average British Auror. His magical reserves are increased however when he becomes in tune with Lightning itself taking on the body of a lightning elemental allowing his magical reserves to triple in size but keeping his perfect control. His perfect control enables him when using his spells and abilities he uses less magic but each attack retains the same strength as it normally would
- High IQ: Kagirinai ever since birth has always had a high IQ higher than anyone in his family. His IQ continues to rise as he gets older currently sitting at roughly two hundred and ten. His high IQ allows him to easily deduce any situation that added with his extensive ability in martial arts allows him to analyse his opponents in seconds deducing their weaknesses and using them against them. He is not only a skilled analyser but manipulator able to manipulate anyone wrapping them around his finger using them for his own needs and goals.
- Swordsmanship: Kagirinai while not as skilled in hand to hand combat as other members of his family, he is exceptionally skilled in the art of swordsmanship. He has been called a prodigy of the blade more so than his brother Yami and any known swordsman. His mastery of the sword has reached such a state where even with a wooden sword he is a threat or even a simply stick.

- Wind Magic: While a master of Lightning Style Magic, Kagirinai not only his body but also his spells and attacks are weak to Wind style Magic depending on the strength. While Kagirinai can defeat weaker level wind spells higher class of Wind Spells are bound to defeat his Lightning Spells.
- Habit of underestimating his opponent: Kagirinai has a habit of Underestimating his opponents believing everyone in his eyes to be weak thus he underestimates them. However should someone force his hand he will go all out and completely and utterly crush them.
- Western Style Magic: Though skilled in Eastern Lightning Magic and Forbidden magic, Kagirinai has nearly no control over Western Style of Magic being. His abilities are equal to nothing, purely relying on his preferred skills. Believing the western magic ways is weak.
- Wand Usage: Kagirinai when using a wand is about as powerful as a squib, not magical talent at all with a wand.

Kagirinai formerly known as Ikazuchi was born in Tokyo Japan as the youngest son of the head to Ancient and Noble Pureblood house of the Hateshiginai a respected and wealthy Pureblood family who obtained their status through sheer hard work and reputation. The Hateshiginai were a clan of powerful Magical Samurai skilled in the Art of the Blade and the art of Hand to Hand Combat. His clansmen were capable of infusing their magical aurora into their blades or into their own limbs to deliver mighty attacks.
His clan gained their status during the wars of old as they became feared for their powerful and terrifying techniques branching from not only swords and martial arts but to powerful elemental spells, summoning domineering familiars and casting devastating sealing arrays and bindings.
For centuries the Hateshiginai have lived as one of the top Pureblood clans in all Japan, unlike the blood purists of the ‘Western Countries’, the blood purists of the ‘Eastern Countries’ welcome the mundane (Non-Magicals) into their families in order to create new blood to ensure their blood line continues to exist, to ensure they never resort to ‘incest’ an act frowned upon by the Hateshiginai clan.
Ikazuchi grew up in a loving and traditional style home, while in their old ways his clan never though themselves above the mundane and often taught their children the ways of old and new. Like all children Kagirinai at the age of four was taught the ways of the blade and instructed in countless styles of Martial Arts, where he was beaten into the ground to allow him to grow physically and mentally. His training in the physical means was taught to show his clans values of Hard work.
However at a young age, Ikazuchi was always jealous of his older brother Yami, strong fierce and determined. Ikazuchi though jealous admired his older brother he admired his skill, his brute strength and mastery over magic. Ikazuchi began to strive himself to be like his brother training hard but not only physically but mentally feeding his mind by reading constantly in his free time.
Over time Ikazuchi discovered at the age of seven he had an unrivalled affinity towards Lightning Style Magic more so than even his brother. He had been called the Second Coming of Raijin the God of Thunder and Lightning with his unique affinity as if he had been pleased by the God of Lightning himself. By the age of ten he had mastered his affinity to such a point he could control it with a single thought summoning large lightning storms or cast his own spells without the use of an incantation even casting them non verbally or summoning his lightning magic without the use of a spell, a prodigy in the art. By the age of eleven he had also become a renowned Swordsman said to be the greatest of his era during the same year he discovered an affinity to nature.
At the age of twelve he began studying in secret regarding forbidden magic. He started his training using whatever free time he could to read and learn about Forbidden Magic, the powerful ancient art forbidden arts intrigued him to such an extent he spent his time searching through files none stop looking for it, coming across one art known as Shikyo Mahou or Death Magic. Though just learning the art twisted his mind, he became darker.
Over the years, Ikazuchi grew not only in strength but in mental capacity. His study into the forbidden arts grew and he became twisted further, being an embodiment of pure evil. He became bent on destroying the world and rebuilding it in his image to take it over. As his heart became black he threw himself into the underworld to obtain connections around the world and an army of followers. He earned himself the moniker Raishin Lightning God. Unlike his brother who was feared in only Asia, Ikazuchi became feared throughout the world, however where Yami’s name installed fear and despair in the hearts of all, Ikazuchi’s name only caused shivers of fear, he may have been well known throughout the world but he was no were as feared as his brother. By the age of sixteen Ikazuchi had changed his name becoming known as Kagirinai Ikazuchi.
Sometime during his travels he came across he met a stranger named Maine, a freelancer, an experiment on the run from the American and Japanese governments. The two bonded quickly and joined up as a team to achieve one another’s goals. Maine joined Kagirinai becoming the brute strength thanks to his enhancements, and Kagirinai with his mastery of magic the two became an unstoppable force.

Kagirinai posses a sentient sword by the name of Rakuraihime or Lightning Princes, his sword however has two forms the first is its sealed form which takes the shape of a blade hidden within a cane. When Kagirinai channels his lightning element magic through his sword and gives the command he can release her into her true form.

Abilities: Rakuraihime as the name states is a powerful sword that has mastery over lightning. Rakuraihime is a sword just with a swing in its true form can unleash mass destruction destroying everything in its path. The blade has complete control over lightning capable of summoning lightning storms of such magnitude that nothing but rubble will be left in the wielders wake.

Personality: Being a sentient sword Rakuraihime has her own personality and like most girls she always likes looking and feeling beautiful and wanted and hates being called ugly or called a thing. That is why whenever she is enraged even in her sealed form she will release large sparks of lightning that will arc across the ground followed by a loud shrilling scream of her rage. However she is relatively easy to get along with when one knows how to calm her, in Kagirinai’s hand being appreciative of beautiful women knows just how to handle her when she becomes enraged.
However Rakuraihime is also somewhat of a trickster and enjoys prank-ing when she can often by taking her human form and materialising herself in the real world through Kagirinai’s magic and having fun prank-ing people.
