A few things first:
- I am still very new to graphics making. I am far from a seasoned graphics person. What does this mean for you? Well, for starters, it means I cannot handle complex requests. Try to keep it as simple as possible. It, also, means that it may take me a while to finish a request. Practice makes perfect and all that.
- My life can get busy sometimes. Please keep this in mind! IC: As Jonathan always yells at me when his vein is popping in his temple, patience is a virtue or some shit like that
RULES:
Because every graphics thread needs them.
1) Please don't claim credit for my work. Don't think that just because I'm not on a forum that you occupy does not mean I won't see you taking credit. I often lurk other forums to consider joining them. Keep that in mind. You don't have to give me credit in your signature. It would be nice, though. However, as long as you don't say that YOU made the banner/avatar, I won't get mad.
2) Two requests per person at a time. This is to keep me from losing my mind. I know many of us have like four, or six... or a hundred characters, but I am only human.
3) As I said earlier, practice patience. Don't bug me to finish your request. I will do it on my own time, when I can, and when I have the muse. Banners are not easy to make. It takes me about 1-3 hours to get a background I'm satisfied with, 15 minutes to adjust the renders (not counting the LONG time it takes me to cut an image if I have to), an extra hour or so to find a color scheme that works, and then a REALLY long time to find a text that does. So, as you can imagine, it can take a while to make one. Please keep this in mind.
4) Don't ask for anything complicated. I am a beginner, I do not work miracles yet. ^^ Changing eye color, hair color, etc is beyond my current capabilities. Put "Jacoby is awesome" as the PW to let me know you have read the rules.
5) If you give pictures, please consider the fact that I have to cut them. Which is not easy to do for a beginner.
6) Short lyrics and quotes. Paragraphs are hard to work with, so please refrain from them.
7) If possible, host them on your own Photobucket account. I only have so much bandwidth. You may use my link, but keep in mind that the link may not always be there.
EXAMPLES:
Banners:
Same banner different font color scheme;
AVATARS:
(all avatars will AUTOMATICALLY be 100x100 as this is the easiest size to work with)

Fenrisúlfur: Dark is fine. Dark is good. Dark seems to inspire my muse... I threw this together already, and am quite pleased with it. I hope you like it. Let me know if you want anything changed or want an avatar. Also, I had to remove the " ' " from above the u as using it messed up all the fonts I tried to use. Okay, Hays. While I am very happy with how the background came out, I'm not entirely happy with the font used for her name. I think a glossy font would be ideal for this one, but I'm still struggling with those. In any case, I made this. Rhya, Jacoby says he loves your take on the password.  Finished Rhya's banner first. Easier to get that out of the way as the avatar shouldn't take long now. Er, I hope this works. Want any changes, lemme know. Made two versions. Same banner, different font for the name.
